I received an auto-reply note when I submitted my application online sa IBM portal... nakalagay sa benefits yung (1) tuition fee refund (post-graduate studies) and (2) scholarships for dependents... has anyone availed of either or both of these? pano mechanics nito?

IBM was my first company after graduation and I can say that it was a good working environment for fresh grads. Kahit NA first grad ako I was getting 9-10k per cut off and that was more than enough for fresh grads ha... Kasi my other batchmates were getting a minimum... But I had to quit because of a better opportunity which won't require me to work at night... Btw, I lasted for one year and five months what I didn't like is the salary disputes. The payroll was really a disaster. Other than that, I couldn't say anything bad NA... FYI, I was with IBM global process services aka daksh but as bid support specialist... Nice bosses and workmates namimiss ok din dun. If I can only go back but my pride won't allow me :p

I had my final interview last Friday sa 1800 Bldg. Eastwood. Then nakalagay sa signature ng HR is
IBM Global Process Services
Curious lang ako mga sis, eto ba yun parang shared services ng IBM?
sabi ng ops na nag interview sakin, wait na lang daw ako ng tawag ng  HR if I passed the interview or not.
I was applying for csr pero non voice daw to sabi nung nag interview sakin.

Anyone working for this company?
I back read na pero parang i need more info about this company.

Saan pa merong branch ng IBM aside from QC? I live in Cavite kasi and I want to apply there. But I dont know If saan yung pinakamalapit from where I live. =(

i think merong site ang IBM sa makati, sa pbcom tower in ayala ata. not sure if they accept applicants there though.

there's one in makati... in pbcome tower. but i've been hearing rumors that there's gonna be IBM in Nuvali Sta Rosa... not sure how true though...

@shoppefloor : Shared Services is under GPS, not necessarily pag Global Process services is under na ng Shared Services.  Bka sa ibang tower ka sis pwede din na Daksh kasi Daksh is under GPS na rin. SS kasi is more mga professionals with Finance Background.

Natakot ako bigla sa salary dispute.. pati kaya sa ISD ganun din sila? Hindi naman ganun kalaki offer sa akin, pero higher naman sa current salary ko kaya ok na rin. I just hope na sa UP Ayala Technohub ako madeploy kasi patayan ang byahe kung sa Eastwood ako mapunta.

Hello mga sis!I'll be joining IBM Global Process Services as a Garnishment Practitioner.Whatever that is I have no damn idea  ..does anybody here knows what this garnishment practitioner does?!I was told I'll be handling HR works mainly their payroll. Toxic ba ito?!natakot naman kasi ako sa payroll at wala akong kahilig hilig sa math!hahaha

sa june 16 na ang start ko.Meron ba dito mag start din the same day?!

Balita ko wala raw Christmas party dito.. Oh well, doesn't really matter as long as mataas naman ang basic at ok ang benefits pero masaya lang din kung meron kasi sayang din yung mga pa-raffle, haha.
