Mga sis! I passed my interview sa ISD. Sana tuloy tuloy na at walang problema ang pag internal transfer ko On tuesday naman CFO naman ang magiinterview daw saken pero more on formality na lang daw. Pray for me mga sis!

ay nako. haha. Be careful what you wish for... we had to do OT work 4 hours Mondy-Friday then 8 hours on Saturday OR Sunday. but it helped a lot you know. nabuild ang character and how you perceive work. naging magandang team building na rin yung pagOT namin. haha.

Well, yah. Better nga, but we had to that for 2 months, nakakapagod rin. Uuwi ka lang to change your clothes, worst kakauwi mo palang, tinatawagan ka na ulit para pumasok.

@mommie_chic - not sure how much is the salary range of IT leads here. what i know is, yung sa position (IT, pero hindi lead) na inaaply-an ko before hindi daw nila kaya tapatan yung current ko. so hindi na ko nag-pursue.

^^^ rates depend on their band level.  although, hindi masyadong malaki like 100K+ a month  but they have several bonuses in a year,  especially if you're one of the IT Top Performers.

mga sis hiring ba ng Data Encoder sa IBM libis? tinatawagan kasi cousin ko for referral daw siya, pero di pa kasi siya nag aaply dahil hindi daw niya kilala yung nagtetext nakita lang daw yung resume niya sa jobstreet
