haizt no calls from IBm pa din...nainterview ako last monday tapos nun naginterview sakin give them until thursday para malaman ko yun result but no calls or text pa din. maybe im not qualified.

anyways..from what i've learned sa naginterview sakin Daksh and IBS now integrated into one na. un po un GPS ba un or something.

i've researched about IBM too coz i heard mataas sweldo nila at monday-friday lang daw yung back office work... but i've also learned na madami din bad reviews about IBM kaya nagdadalawang isip tuloy ako if mag-aaply ako dito... sabi din ng friend ko, ang pagkaka-alam daw nya, buong araw ka lang nasa pc at nagt-type den may quota pa... e hindi pa naman ako mabilis mag-type

mabo-bore din daw ako at sasakit lang kamay ko...but on the other side, andun din yung hinanap ko e, high paying job & mon-fri work. mon-sat kasi current job ko then palagi pa OT... hays, ano kaya?

any advice mga sis?

nakakatawa talaga nangyari sakin last Friday, pero ready naman ako sa mga maeexperience ko dito since nagbasa nga ako sa PEX and galing sa mga officemates ko before sa CVG na galing din sa IBM. So iyun nakapasa na ako lahat lahat, naset na yung salary ko naging honest ako sa kanila sobra, papantayan daw nila basic ko sa CVG plus 3k non taxable, eh di cool na ako dun. Nung nasa lobby na ako naghihintay, aba si Miss HR tumawag sa receptionist hinanap ako sa phone. Sabi ni Miss HR sakin, babawasan daw niya ng 1K yung pinagusapan namin, hehe. Natawa ako, hindi ko na explain why? Sabi ko NO!

By the way I applied at IBM UP Technohub. Siguro kung hindi na set yung expectation before hand I'm good with that, kaso parang naging laban o bawi ang nangyari

Wasted my time here, pero nice experience practice para sa ibang application ko sa ibang companies

IBM is good for entry level or newbies I guess.

And about sa question ko before pa, yung free dependent pala kapag naregular ka sa kanila, I kept asking my friend kasi na nagrefer sakin from day 1 daw free na si spouse and kiddo hindi pala.

The benefits and compensation plan are good naman. Lahat naman ng company, may negative reviews since wala naman perfect na company. Wala naman masama to try. Most of these bad reviews naman kasi, I think, dahil sa mga boss and co-workers but the company itself is good.

Never experienced salary disputes back then. Baka yung sa IBM-Daksh yung may issues sa salary.

Happy pa din naman lahat ng friends ko na nasa IBS pa. 5 years na yung iba. I was happy din naman kaso ibang level yung na-experience ko na politics na hindi talaga maganda that even people who foud out why I left, nagulat din ng bongga. I was happy with the company itself, yung sa boss ko lang at mga tuta nya yung naging prob ko and the others din.

My tita said na may kakilala daw sya na pwede magpasok sakin sa IBM Libis Branch.
I'm wondering lang what positions are available/suitable for me. Mas okay sana kung sa office lang like secretarial, administrative or clerical positions

sa IBM ISD ka kaya mag apply sis, most of them are IT people I think.

Just finished my interview this morning. I'm working 2 years now in IBS and magiinternal tranfer ako sa ISD.

But I heard ma smaliit yung offer daw ng ISD kesa IBS when it comes to salary? how true?

Mejo bored na kasi ako dito sa work ko sa IBS.. and wala n aqng nakukuhang new learnings so i decided to transfer na lang.

I'm working as Finance Analyst pala, and Finance analyst position din [textspeak!] inaapplayan ko s iSD.
