I'm a fresh IT grad and for me non-voice account will be a good start for me like what others said that it is not much stressfull to accept email / chat request rather than phone calls...

so gusto ko muna non-voice accounts

may possibility ba sis loveann na may chance maka pasok ang walk-in applicants na walang kakilala sa loob?

follow up question loveann balita ko maganda daw sa IBM sa libis? meron pabang non voice account customer support rep na opening sa libis?

also an IBMer. yes, we do have non-voice accounts. usually process owners. we are a BTO and not a BPO. the IBM subsidiary for BPO is Daksh. Yun yung talagang Call Center. For IBM Business Services (located at Eastwood and UP Ayala) we provide service for a different type of recipient. try to walk-in, you'll have to take an exam if you are a fresh grad. but for experienced individuals, interview na kaagad.

IBMer din..IBS particularly..7 months na & no intention of moving to another company yet..luckily i work on the day-shift,flexy sched, ok naman benefits, stress-free yung process ko plus i get to practice my profession & have exposure to SAP. Some of my colleagues really travel for their KT (knowledge transfer).  It would really depend sa account na hinahawakan nyo.

i was interviewed (IBM Solutions Delivery) 2-3 weeks ago na but i haven't heard anything from them. i emailed the recruiter/HR but he did not reply.

Hi .. I was interviewed last week by 2 managers and had my medical exams yesterday .. I'm still waiting for the result of medical and call from HR, tsaka daw nila i-discuss ang J.O.

wow meron din palang IBM thread dito, im an IBMer too and was hired last April. Nakakatawa lang kasi last time sa Accenture thread ako nagcocoment (yes galing ako sa kakumpetensya, hehe) anyway so far ok naman ako dito, dayshift pala yung account ko kaya super happy ako.

i'm applying for the [textspeak!] Tester position in IBM.
Just had an interview with the HR yesterday and told me to take online exam. I'ts an IBM NPAT exam daw according to the email I received?
Any one familiar on what's in this exam?

salary depends on the band level, confidential kasi yun pero I can assure you na very competitive naman sila pagdating sa salary.

I had a phone interview for a/p postion in IBM technohub, tapos for operation interview on monday. Ano po kaya possible question sa Operation Interview?

Mga sis info naman po ano pa process i have to go throught bago mahire. ano po ba HMO benefits nila saka how kaya salary?

another thing anyone from IBM here na nagkaproblem w/ their HR? kasi dun sa kabilang forum sobrang negative ng reviews sa IBM.

Here's what I learned about IBM...me different IBM like IBS, ISD(yata, basta un sa software nila) saka DAksh now IBM GSC, call center nila. W/in the three ang me problem w/ management and payroll ay un IBMGSC(Daksh) na nasa Technohub Second floor (yata, please correct me if Im wrong). So if applying ka for software/IT ka or in Finance eh no worries ka po...yan po eh according sa research ko kasi I applied for A/P and I wanted to know what I'm getting into. Medyo malaki un iririsk ko kasi maganda yun company na iiwan ko (if ever) kaya todo research ako

I'll let you know guys kung ano pa malalaman ko after my interview this afternoon w/ their HR...wish me luck mga sis. Happy job hunting.
