hehe ok lang sis, Im planning to apply dun kasi as a helpdesk specialist... ayoko na ng voice kaya Im scared baka mamya voice pala yung inaaplayan ko... hehe 

EEooww my bad.. see talagang kinalimutan ko na yung IBM..hihi IBM Business Services pala dapat sasabihin ko... Back office yan...may voice account din sila, support ng mga taga back office... sorry sys...IBS yan Business Services not Business Center...

just had my oral assessment and exam chuva kanina sa edsa central and luckily i passed both. Will be going to makati for the final interview. Tips naman on who will conduct the interview, then what questions would they ask? I applied for sales support specialist (back office) i don't have any experience on this field but i'm willing to give it a try. hopefully madali lang...

hi sis! madali lang un interview but more on detailed when it comes to resume. tawag ako mamaya sa IBM kasi un ang instruction sa amin na we will follow up the status of application, i was referred by my forum frend sa SP.lolz! i hope everything will be fine, i'm also in project engine account.

just got home from my final interview at IBM (pbcom) whew! got there around 5:30 then waited to be assisted after an hour. A girl gave a sheet of paper with 3 questions and you got to choose just 1 to explain in essay form. they also asked for my resume ut unfortunately i didn't bring any bec when I asked the recruitment personnel from edsa central they said no need they'll forward my cv na lang daw...(lesson learned:always bring extra copy). Me and the other 3 applicants are waiting at the lobby after completing the essay test when the same girl called the first applicant that was around 7pm. I know i'm the third on the list but when i got back from the restroom the other applicant's name was called so i end up last on the list at around 8:30...so tired from waiting i entered the room...when the door opened i saw 3 more interviewers plus the girl who called me in. Grabe...panel interview pala!!!

After the interview they instructed me to call their recruitment center for the result tomorrow.

^ if you have call center experience, you will like this job talaga.. no calls, office setup.. ibang iba yung nature ng work from taking call after call. If this is your first job in a BPO industry, it will be a bit challenging for you.

sis wala pang JO eh. I called the recruitment center yesterday but wasn't able to talk to the person i need to talk to for the result of my final interview ( baka bagsak ako ).

sis ikaw ba tinawagan for your result or pinatawag ka din nila sa recruitment nila?

^dyeniramos, hi sis! tinawagan ako ng tuesday mga mid afternoon, [textspeak!] 11am. i talked with Ms. Angel tapos sabi nya JO ako ng 3:30 on the same date, nagfollowup din ako last monday pero di ko makontact un hr kasi my iniinterview on the same day.

^Tickeled-Pink. hi sis! i have a call center experience na rin pero back office din sa sales, same with sales support lead sa IBm sympre its a little bit difference since IBm products na hawak ko..lolz! punta pa nga ako ngaun dun kasi kukunin ko on board ticket ko for the orientation tee hee!

Well, we dont really do sales per-se but we work with the sales people sa States. Engine is growing into a big project and there are alot of new line of businesses, so you might be assigned to a different LOB from mine but this is a great team talaga. Our manager is one of the best I've worked with.
