where exactly is IBM in makati? yung SALES SUPPORT LEADS ba nila are supervisory post?

^ sales support leads are not supervisory post, it one band below. the post is like higher than an agent pero below parin ng Team lead.
Makati office is at the PBCOM tower - no applicants are being entertained there though; all recruitments are done in edsa central.

I just signed my contract with them about a week ago.. not bad; im really happy with the offer.

hi mga sis. i applied in jobstreet kanina umaga sa IBMSD for Java & Websphere Developer. nagulat ako 6pm tumawag agad sila. Sayang i was out and couldnt hear the person maigi. so nagkasundo kami they will call me tom morning at 10am.

mga sis, any tips you can share? tagal na ko di nag p phone interview/job interview. well aside from that, talaga naman i will never get used to getting interviewed. hehe. what should i expect sa call nila sakin tom morning?

technical interview ba agad yun? di ako makatulog. kinakabahan ako. i just dowanna screw this up because this is IBM eh!

thanks! got a call na din from them and hindi nga daw supervisory post... the girl said she will endorse my papers to their recruitment team to see if they have any other openings!

^oo yan nga daw sabi ng hubby ko. Dito kami sa Czech Republic Brno. Oh di ba nagulat kami. akala kasi namin sales lang and warehouse meron sa PH? bago ba toh?

Dito sa Brno, talamak din ang hiring. Mostly nga lang 1rst level IT support. My hubby has 12 yrs experience kaya sya 2nd level. 3rd level is the highest. Is this the same with Solution Delivery.

kindly enlighten me naman pls regarding ibm. coz i heard maganda daw and offer nila in terms of salary and the benefits.

is it true na one time big time and payday? once a month lang? and will it cover ur immediate family as well in terms of health benefits starting the first day of training?

im planning to apply there, specially sa ibm libis. wud u know if the same benefits are applied?

^ nasa libis isd and ibs and ibm phils mismo diba? which one?

i was offered a job by isd. the base pay was ok naman but lower than my current gross plus regular tax rate pa so ang baba na ng net ko sobra. in that sense, for me hindi super ok yung offer.

as for benefits, depende nga sa position but with the offer i got, health insurance only covers the employee but you can use your flexible benefits to cover your dependents. ok din yung ibang allowances pero nakalimutan ko na kung ano-ano.

i turned it down.

Hi girls, question naman. Im hoping maybe there is someone here who is... or knows how IBM hiring works.

Do you happen to know how my husband can apply in IBM PH while he is working now in IBM Czech Republic? Does he have to go to normal cv submission? or ask IBM CZ if he could move to PH?
