Siguro depende pa rin kun san bansa ka magaaply para maging immigrant. Sa pnas kasi pansin ko matagal talaga processing. YUn iba naman nag-ddh muna sa hk then after ilang months nagaaply na sa canada.

Re:DH sa HK after a year pwede na silang mag-apply sa Canada as Living Caregiver...sa BIL ko it took them 3-4 yrs yata ng waiting para sa PR visa nila...

pag ba work permit, kailangan pa ng show money? if you are a young couple kasi na walang kids, try applying na lang for work permit. malaki kasi talaga ang show money for PR pero mas ok ang PR for family lalo na pag may kids kasi may allowance agad from the govt ang mga bata.

BIL's family immigrant sila sa Manitoba,last yr sila nakaalis..
I know lang about sa DH sa HK papuntang Canada kase yung tita ko may agency sa HK na nake-cater ng DH to Canada...Di na need mag-exit ng HK papuntang Canada,while may job kapa pwede ka ng mag-aapply live in caregiver sa Ca...

when a foreign student studies in canada, binibigyan ng govt

nasa toronto sis ni hubby so doon din sana kami. may naka-try na po sa inyo mag-aral sa canada to get work permit? agency told us if i secure master's degree or a two year post college degree, i'd be given daw 3 years open work permit then a chance to get PR after a year of working in canada and my hubby will get the same.

it is true that when you study in canada, you can apply for a work permit. there is what the govt calls off-campus (you can work anywhere). what i know it that you can be given maximum of 3yrs student work visa or same period as your study visa.  you can only get a working permit for as long as you are enrolled full time in a recognized college/university (that participates in off-campus work permit program), in an approved program/degree and you can maintain a certain academic standing. now, that student working permit will only enable you to work certain hours during academic season pero pwede to work full time during breaks. to get this visa, you have to be already enrolled for 6-12 months prior to applying.

^^ totoo yan actually. mas me work-life balance dito. ma-s-stress ka lang when you're comparing the work environment and ofcmates in pinas at saka dito. honestly, mas magagaling kasi yung mga katrabaho ko non sa pinas, saka mas areglado yung prosesong sinusunod noon kesa dito, at yung quality of work delivered eh mas ok talaga sa pinas. in terms of effort and time na kelangan mo iexert, mas less dito kesa sa pinas.

mga sis may question po ako, about sa ticket ng baby, yung 1 yr old niece ko, walang seat number sa ticket. Hindi kaya sila magka problem nito sa airlines?pano pag mag change ng diaper and pag umiiyak si baby? JAL sasakyan nila, manila-tokyo-vancouver. tapos air canada van-cal.Hindi ko kasi alam kung san ko dapat i post tong question ko eh  . Salamat mga sis

yes sis, pano at san pag mag change ng diaper? hindi ba mahirap yun? sensya na ha,first time to travel kasi with an infant,kaya wala kaming mga idea kung pano    thank u thank u!

^ sis there's lavatories (toilet) built with nappy changing table but not all lavs usually makikita mo may nakadikit na sign sa labas ng pinto ng lav or ask the crew na lang. meron din baby bassinet na kinakabit sa bulkhead para the baby can sleep on it at mas comfy sa inyo but irequest niyo na lang upon check in para sigurado

Hello mga sis! I'm back.. Finally, I already got an employer in Ontario.. Live-in caregiver yung position, though nurse ako.. hehe! Pero okay na yun, ang importante makapag-simula nang makapag-trabaho sa Canada..
Ask ko lang, nagbago na ba ng process dito sa Pinas with regards to live-in caregiver program?
Or ganun pa rin na LMO,Job offer, etc?

yes you may sis,my BIL and his family still continue with their contributions...
ganun din yung sa mga tita ko including philhealth ha!

ah wow. haha. yung Pag-ibig kasi i can get the lump sum na as long as pakita ko yung immigrant visa. yung SSS kasi diba they have special services for Overseas Filipinos. ayan continue ko na lang yung sakin kasi. sayang din kasi, pandagdag retirement money.

would you know sis, kung paano nila binabayaran? through bank or may relative sa pinas na nagbabayad for them?
