Sa Rose Pharmacy mura lang yung wheat grass nila 21 pesos only. Nabigla ako. Na try ko siya. Na suka ako sa lasa  pero the other day nag poo poo ako grabe. Na detoxify nga ang colon ko. Mag tra-try uli ako. para mas lalo akong umayat. Btw, hot or luke warm water ang ginagamit na water? dapat ba talaga 3x a day ang pag inom ito?

I've tried wheatgrass juice. For me it taste like chocolate drink.. hwag niyo na lang tignan whilde drinking kasi mukha siyang lumot. Pati wheatgrass coffee, natry ko na rin, imagine the taste of a coffee with cream but less sugar, ganun lasa niya. Wheatgrass juice tastes good ha, yung kay Diane Castillejo.

sis, what type or brand ng wheatgrass yung nabili mo for P21? and saan ba yung Rose pharmacy? TIA

^ang alam ko sis, sa Visayas ang Rose Pharmacy. I am not sure kung meron sa Metro Manila. Nung medrep kasi ako sa Visayas maraming Rose Pharmacy.

btw, san kaya makakabili ng wheat grass concentrate? Ayoko sana ng powder form.

I'm a big girl...200 lbs.  Waking up in the morning used to be difficult.  I felt pain at both ankles.  I couldn't walk instantly, needed to massage my calves.

naka-try din ako ng fresh wheatgrass juice sa may veterans  nung thursday. lasa siyang damo pero merong matamis na aftertaste. gusto ko sana magtanim ng wheatgrass tapos ako na lang magextract ng juice nya kaso mahal nung tinda nilang juicer nasa 4k.
