may naka experience ba sa inyo ng super antok nung 1st time nag take ng wheatgrass..I took it around morning tapos medyo pahapon na, im kind of slugiish na and im super antok until about 9pm ng gabi..as in para akong naka drugs tapos nawala din mga 1130pm that night...

Wheatgrass effect ba yan? I dont remember taking any new meds that day.

@lexi_girl: okay naman yun sis.. i know someone nga na nirecommend sa kanya na sa baby milk ilagay yun wheatgrass.

though it's not advisable to have wheatgrass in hot/warm preparations like milk kasi sayang yun enzymes.. but nonetheless the alkalinity is still there, mabebenefit pa ng kiddo yun.

if cold preparations like cereals and shakes, that would be perfect!

^sis catwoman, generally dapat you'll feel invigorated when taking wheatgrass.. but from the looks of it, i can say that your body is still adjusting or you are having some withdrawal symptoms..

ako, the first time i tried it.. i felt somewhat tired and had mild headaches pa, but i was told that it is part of the detoxification talaga.. luckily, upon religiously taking it naging okay naman ako and i will never ever regret continuing it.. kaya don't lose heart, hehe.. give it another 2 days or so.. balitaan mo kami, hehe..

Not sure with this pero syempre, it helps in detoxification kaya siguro may effect din sa skin natin. Sa kin ang effect is nag improve yun digestion ko.

makisabat lang sis, ang alam ko conzace is acid base and wheatgrass is alkaline so if your going to take it, after one hour mo na inumin yun isa. suggest ko take wheatgrass on empty stomach and conzace after meal.

Kakabili ko lang kanina, meron na rin sa Mercury Drug.  990 per box or 33/sachet, Easy Pha-max sya.  Yung plain lang binili ko kase diabetic ako do bawal may honey sa akin pero nabasa ko sa isang thread na low sugar pa rin naman kahit may honey.  will post my feedback later kung ano effect sa akin.  Sana maging effective dahil as of now im diabetic, i have acne from post-pregnancy hormones and meds that im taking, i'm over-weight and constipated din most of the time.

i'm drinking Easy Pha-Max wheatgrass juice with honey - my hubby and i noticed that medyo lumiit pareho yung mga tummy areas namin (though nagbabawas na din kami talaga ng rice intake). even better, i can really feel that my hyperacidity has improved a lot...hindi na kagaya ng dati na i'd be really gassy (i know, gross!) and mahapdi yung tiyan ko most of the time. my husband naman, nawala yung pamamaga ng feet nya due to varicose veins since he started drinking wheatgrass. so i guess we'll continue drinking this na talaga.
