though we know easy phamax wheatgrass is 100% organic, we still do not recommend it.

tried this, effective naman sa bowel movement. pansin ko lang kapag constipated ako i have to take it twice.

i drank wheatgrass juice with honey for the first time today. pansin ko lang, super-antok ang feeling ko, and i have a slight headache. i read somewhere that these side effects may be felt during the first few days of taking wheatgrass, part of the detoxification process daw (dami ko siguro toxins sa body ko ).

the taste was kinda off, lasang damo na sweet. but tolerable naman, lalo na considering the benefits i'll get from drinking it. basta dapat bottoms up, no pauses when drinking the cup/glassful.

anyone know any suppliers of freshly cut wheatgrass?  aalis na kasi supplier namin sa batasan and we don't trust the sacheted kind kasi pano na lang yung chlorophyll. pa share naman if you know! thanks!

napanood ko yung kay diane castillejo the other day tapos nabasa ko din 'tong thread na'to from the first to the last page. and i decided to give it a try. nagpabili ako ng 5 sachets muna. almost 40 pesos yung wheatgrass with honey na sachet. mamayang gabi ko sya first time iinumin.

sana makatulong sya sa pagheal ng tahi ko sa perineum due to childbirth. kasi nabasa ko na it aids sa faster healing ng wounds.

okay lang naman pala lasa nung wheatgrass with honey. lasang green tea nga. tolerable naman pala. mas gusto ko pa sya kaysa sa prune juice.
