sis, wheatgrass has no l-carnitine or fat-burning components, but since it is highly nutritive and has a lot of fiber din, it can greatly complement any weight loss regimen you have.

more people are claiming weight loss with drinking wheatgrass, but i believe this is because when they started drinking it they already had the right mindset to stay healthy, plus by drinking wheatgrass most of the time you'll feel full already thus eliminating your "unnecessary cravings".

for me, mas okay yun plain or pure sis! mas masarap nga yun honey, no doubt about that, but if you really want to cut off your sugar intake.. go with pure!

though the one with honey has low glycemic index naman, so pretty much okay din.

^easy pahamax, sis, ok na brand. parang available na nga din siya sa watsons eh. powder type na naka sachet na. they have several kinds nga eh. may coffee pa nga na may wheatgrass but i havent tried that one pa. you can start with the wheatgrass with honey... timplahin mo lang yun with cold water parang juice na labas niya. yung plain powder naman i mix it with juice para di gaano lasang damo hehe.

i've heard about wheatgrass from a friend.. i've been wanting to try this kasi super constipated talaga ako.. lahat na ata ng klase ng laxative napa-try na saken ng doctor ko pero wala pa ren effect.. haaayyy..

sana magwork sken ang wheatgrass. ayoko magka-colon cancer.. =( worry ko lang baka after a while, wala na ren effect sken to just like the other laxatives ive tried..

ok ang wheatgrass sis, pero kung hindi effective pa rin sayo, try mo din yung Vita Plus na drink din. Sa mga distributor din yun, pero 5 kinds of gulay yun (malunggay, uray, saluyotetc..). Dun nawala ang constipation ko talaga.

psyllium fiber might work better for constipation.  you can get the c-lium brand available at watsons/mercury, or other brands.  wheatgrass is still good for over all health though

So I think pumayat ako talaga because of Wheatgrass juice. Ang binibili ko yung sa Easy Phamax. 990 pero box. 30sachets. Pure whetgrass iniinom ko.
