ang effect sakin ng wheatgrass (nakaka 6 satches pa lang ako) nako-complete ko 8 hours of sleep. kaya now need ko magsleep ng maaga para hindi ma-late. para kasing ayaw pang gumising ng utak ko, dati naman kahit 2-4 hours na sleep okay na ako, ngayon hindi talaga ako makabangon.

i tried the wheatgrass tablets kase feeling ko hindi ko maiinom ang juice. but when you take the tablets pala, dapat you should take several at a time. magastos din. and i didn't notice any difference.

Naku sis, i will never recommend the whaetgrass from healthy options.  Mapait ang lasa ang mahirap inumin.  Parang ground wheatgrass kasi siya so di siya nadi-dissolve ng maayos in water.  So paginiinom mo parang sumasabit sa lalamunan yung mga fine grains niya.  Nakakaubo!   

The best i've tried so far is yung easy phamax.  Madali siya timplahin like ako i use a shaker and ok agad.  Also, masarap siya parang c2 green lang.

we get ours fresh (we get them naka cut na and in ziplock) and juice them.  the magic of wheatgrass comes from the chlorophyll (yung nakakagreen ng plants) kasi its composition is the same as our blood's hemoglobin. kaya parang useless na yung capsules and yung mga naka sachet kasi nasan na yung chlorophyll diba? pag on the go, bizu offers shots at around 80 bucks each.
