just bought a jar of wheatgrass powder...

eto iniinom ko na... nilagyan ko sya ng konting honey kasi hindi ko kayang inumin kung wala... lasang damo nga talaga! hehe.. ok lang kayang haluan ng honey?

sis ONEFINEAPRIL, bilhin mo na lang yung wheatgrass with honey nila. konti lang naman difference sa price and masarap siya. parang green tea lang.

I've been taking it as a meal replacement kasi super nakakabusog na siya. Instead mag-snack, yun na lang.

yung capsules nya, parang may taste pa rin

anyway started taking it since Monday lang, parang feeling ko lagi akong busog.. so super konti ng nakakakain ko. 1 capsule sa morning nga lang iniinom ko e..

Mga sis, I bought wheat grass juice in powder form sa Generic Pharmacy. P33/sachet for plain and P39/sachet for wheatgrass with honey. So far, sa first inom ko, naramdaman ko na agad ang effect. Yun dumi ko(excuse me po), dark sya palagi... di ko alam kung ganito ba talaga ang effect nito. Kayo ba? dark din ba ang labas? ok lang ba kahit 2x a week lang ito inumin. may effect pa din kaya yon?

^syempre sis mas maganda kung everyday mo siya take.

Di ko napansin color ng poop ko pero mas okay ang frequency niya compared to when i was not taking wheatgrass yet.

Anong brand yung sa generic pharma?

yun gumawa, Easy Pha-max. Wheat grass juice din ang name. Mura sya para sa kin ah kasi P39 yun wheat grass with honey na... tapos hahaluan nalang ng water at iinumin mo na agad.

Ah, Easy Phamax din pala. Mas mura sa Generic Pharma compared to Emelyn's. P600+ kasi yung 15 sachets ng Wheatgrass with honey sa Emelyn's eh.

Would you know sis kung meron din nung wheatgrass tabs sa Generic Pharma?

Di ko alam kung may tablets, pero kasi dun sa list nila, sachet lang ang nakita ko. Hindi lahat ng Generics Pharmacy meron eh. May napag tanungan akong ibang store, wala sila stock non. Pero karamihan naman meron.

starting to take it everyday na.. pansin ko rin parang mas dark nga ata sya

Ang tamis nung easy phamax na wheatgrass with honey. Pag iniwan ko yung glass ko after drinking it, super daming langgam agad.haha

Anyway, I prefer yung normal variant. Buti nalang yung pinsan ko, she sells to us cheaper!

Sorry OT, but I've seen a couple of people mention the easy phamax colon cleanser or something. For what yun? Like poop ka ng super dami?

^Ako sis I take the with honey variant and i think this is the one that makes me poop faster. Baka iba ang effect kapag tabs ang take? Try mo yung drink baka effective din sayo pampa-poop.

i just tried wheatgrass powder today. sana maging maganda effects nya. hoping na makatulong sa pagregulate ng pagdumi, baka din sakaling makatulong sa iregular period ko (due to pcos).
