Hi tigerlili..  Were you able to vist the Manila Seedling Bank?  Puwede pa share how much per tray?  And what is the juicer brand they carry?  How much per unit?  Is it manual type? Or the electric? 

I inquired at Bizu in Glorietta few weeks ago and I was told that it is better to use first grown grass so the nutrients are still intact.  And I discovered from googling that the household juicer for juicing fruits/veggies such as apple, carrots and the likes, is not recommended as it will destroy the enzyme found in the grass. 

The juicer brand that has been consigned to them (Bizu) is Lexen, the manual type is P4K (not sure) and electric is P13K (I think, not sure also). 

A tray of grass is P120.00 and a shot of fresh juice (1 oz) is P70.00 or P75.00.  According to the lady behind the counter, the grass hasn't grown to a certain height at the time I inquired, that is why the tray is good for one shot only but if the grass has grown few more inches high, it will yield at the most 3 ounces of fresh juice.

Hope to hear feedback from you or anyone that knows about cultivating their own wheatgrass as I am seriously consider doing this myself.  Thanks!

By the way, I haven't tasted yet wheatgrass juice but am confident that I can take it, anything for good health.

i take wheat grass every morning for 1 month na, feeling ko pumuputi ako lalo.its very detoxifying.everyday i poop also and laging madami.very good effect!
powder yung tine take ko, what more pa siguro kung fresh
