yeah i met up with 3 guys na either ka-chat ko or na kachat ng iba na pinakilala sa akin.

they were decent guys naman. my one relationship was a friends chatmate. it was nothing sexual ha tipong less than lovers more than friends talga and we lasted roughly for 4 years na ldr pa kami. it was all good and a blessing in fact.

cautious lang ako where we'd be meeting. and hindi naman ako natatakot noon siguro i was at that fearless age when i felt i was always protected na nothing bad will happen to me.  if you happen to meet up with any of your chatmates or be picked up by them check their id's if they give you the right name remember some details din if needed.

and siguro depende rin kasi how your conversations go sa chat.  there are topics i stay away from and i tell them directly na i don't go for sleazy discussions (sorry for terming it as such) kung yung lalaki ganun i don't talk to them na if they change the topic and want to know you more  they'll respect you for it naman din and talk about other things. kaya na wee-weedout yung badones. 

though you do have to be careful din talaga. have dinner somewhere your familiar with or lunch at a place you are comfortable. don't go watching movies alone with them if you can't handle being alone with the guy. best is to drag a friend along. ok lang naman yun eh. better be safe than sorry.

i did it lang for fun just to meet new people not really to be involved with anyone. unexpected lang na i met a great guy in one of those attempts.

mas baliw pa at manyak yung mga na ka-blind date ko na inintroduce ng ibang friends kesa sa taong ka chat ko. so good luck and enjoy.

I did it... i think 3 times...

A friendly date: a guy from la salle... small talk and singalong... we still talk and we're friends.

Not so friendly date: a guy working in ortigas, small talk at starbucks... it's a total turn off... i don't like him..=)

Friendly... cute... kakakilig date: a businessman from QC, he fetched us from renaissance hotel then we went to the fort, tamang inuman... kinabukasan movie naman hahaha... gang four dates ata. then I realized enough na. =) NO COMMUNICATION AT ALL AND I DON'T HAVE PLAN NA.

nakakatakot pero I went there with my friends, ayaw ko mag isa..=)

yes i did! nkachat ko sya then we decided to meet after 2months of being textmates. I agreed coz malapit lang sya sa place where i live. ok naman. we still keep in touch and sometimes we still meet, watch movies, gimik but hanggnag dun lang. Wre friends until now.

yes i did we got married after 3 years it was a ldr but we managed mahirap pero we made sure na we communicate as often as we can we'd see each other at least once a month i had to travel overseas pa ( mahal nga ang set up ng mga dates namin eh dahil magastos) and now we're still going strong and been blessed with a beautiful daughter. 8 years that we've known each other and we're very much happy and contented with our relationship.

yup. i met a friend A through internet, pinakilala ng churchmate ko... then this friend A, pinakilala cousin nya who is based sa US.. puro YM lang... last year uwi sya phils, pero di kami nag meet kasi di magmeet skeds namin, and sa dami ng mga nirereto sa kanya.. haha.

this year, uwi uli sya and we met na.. 4 dates ata... oks naman.. yung pinakamemorable was when nagpahatid sya sa airport.. o di ba.. meet the family and all.. pero now we're still friends, papost post lang sa YM. meron magic, but we're too far apart and he knows i have no plans of migrating.

ive tried that. i met a couple of guys online through an online car club, we started chatting tapos we met with a bunch of other people din. then one of the guys there started calling me, texting me. we went out on a couple of dates. nothing serious.

another guy din, ganun, we met, had coffee. he's a lawyer. but i didnt really like him like him. pero okay naman. i think i was pretty safe din considering. i only talked to them about wholesome stuff because i didnt want them to think i was in it for anything sleazy and i met up with them in safe, comfortable places where maraming tao and parking was near. and medyo matagal din before kami nagkita.

Yep I tried na, twice na ata...

Yung una, naging boyfriend ko siya, LDR for a year or so, then we dediced na it's better if we let each other go so we can grow  When I first met him, may kasama akong friend eh. But he introduced me to his whole family din, dinala talaga niya sa date! Grabeeeeee.... it wasn't awkward, kilig lang 

The second one, not actually sa chatroom but sa online game. Now he's my boyfriend for four years na and I'm happy with him  I went out with him alone, pero kasama niya friends niya. Medyo rude siya talaga but he never tried anything 'funny' naman sa akin, which was good... haha.

wow, I didn't think people will be posting this much, the thing is I met with one after we met parang nawalan kami ng gana kasi hindi same ang conection in person, hahah kakailang kasi we went to an Octoberfest sa Mall, hindi kami nakapag usap ng maayos, then after that we tlaked pa din, hanggang tinamad na kami, na set up k pa nga sya sa friend ko eh, kasi feeling ko mas compatible sila. Wala rin.

Thanks to insights and suggestion, may new guy kasi ako na meet online through another forum, pretty decent and whole some, wala naman akong worries talaga masyado kasi he is more in to getting to know me, ako din naman no pressure what soever, we text and talk over the phone na, so wait and see na lang kami if its worth meeting up with him.


Funny kasi with online chat madalas, nanloloko lang ako or nakikiride kasi most people are boring after ASL di na alam susunod. I'm not in to texting so kahit text mode sya deadma, he called me up tuloy sa celphone. With this new guy 7hrs kami nag usap, grabe
