Hi mga sis!

Medyo nalilito ako sa mga accomodations sa Pangasinan, baka naman matulungan ninyo ako.

1) May accomodations kaya na atleast 2k per night na good for 4 persons na airconditioned room? Saan kaya pwede?
2) Kung sa any resort or inn sa Bolinao ako mag stay, malapit-lapit lang ba yun sa Patar Beach, i mean walking distance? or Iba pa ba yun na pupuntahan at another accomodation nananamn ang kailangan?
3) Based sa mga experiences nyo, atleast magkano yung expenses nyo from Manila to get there? at magkano rin yung minimum cash na dala nyo as pocket money?
4) Magkano rates ng bus papunta sa Pangasinan?
5) Tingin nyo kapag may 6k ako, kasya na kaya yun? andun na kaya lahat-lahat (accomodation, transpo and food) for 4 persons?

I hope you can help me or sana may masuggest kayo para sa akin. Thanks in advance!

Our trip to Pangasinan is just few days away and as part of our preparation, I was wondering any of you can help answer the following, especially yung nakarating na sa El Puerto Marina. We availed kasi yung offer sa Metrodeal.

1. We are 8, wiser ba to just commute from Manila rather than rent a van?
2. If commute kami, tama ba na Lingayen sasakyan namin instead of Bolinao and Alaminos?
3. May 4-6 kasi trip namin. Safe ba na magshow up na lang kami sa Victory Liner terminal or need pa pa reserve?
4. We just noticed land transfer to Hundred Islands is not included in the deal we availed. Alam ninyo ba how far is it from El Puerto Marina and how much is the transportation?

I've been to Bolinao last year kaso side trip lang kaya overnight lang ginawa namin pero enjoy pa din naman.

Ask ko lang the following:
1. ano mas okay na way Manila-Bolinao OR Manila-Alaminos-Bolinao?
2. pag nag Alaminos kame magkano rent ng van good for 10-12? any recommendations sa van?
3. saan pinakmaganda mag stay sa Patar area yung A/C na room tapos around 1500-200 lang per night?
4. Kung sa Ilog Molino (Punta Riviera) kame malayo ba ang Patar? maganda kasi beach at sand sa patar kaya ayoko sana lumayo dito.

Puro ata Bolinao ang mga tanong dito.. My group and I didn't go to Bolinao, until Hundred Islands lang kami.. In case lang this will help, our itinerary was:

Saturday 3am - leave Angeles City
Saturday 7am - arrived Manaoag Shrine
Saturday 11am - arrived Alaminos

Saturday 215pm - boat to Quezon Island
Overnight at Quezon Island

Sunday 9am - left Quezon Island and start with island hopping
Sunday 1230am - arrived Lucap Wharf
Sunday 2pm - left Alaminos for Angeles City

- We brought a car for the trip
- We hired Kuya Freddie for island hopping, we paid him 2500 for bringing us to the island on Saturday and island hopping on Sunday
- The island hopping was quite short mainly because my companions were tired already
- He also prepared the water we needed for shower since there's no freshwater on the island (the going rate is 75pesos for 1 container of 5 gallon water)
- We also asked him to cook rice for us
- We rented a kubo on the island at 2500 per night
- There's one double bed with foam and another foam that's also the size of a double bed available
- Outside the "room" of the kubo, there's the "sitting area" where at least 3 people can sleep
- On the extension of the kubo is another area where 1-2pax can sleep
- These areas are open -- without any doors/windows/curtains, etc
- We had 0 problems with mosquitoes
- Our kubo was situated just about 1-2minutes away from the toilet (no smell whatsoever)
- The toilet was pretty decent and very well-lighted (the path on the way to it wasn't though, so it's better to bring flashlight)
- It had toilet bowls only, so if you want to shower, you get into one of the cubicles and just bring your water inside
- I think there were 8 cubicles in the toilet (or was it 6?)
- The toilet has plenty of pails and tabo that you can use

- After island hopping, we showered at the transient house of Kuya Freddie's friend
- We paid 250 for the shower, there were 8 of us
- The transient house was pretty nice, it was big and it was built like a uhm house, and not like an inn, or hotel, or motel... u get the picture 
- The place had 3 rooms, they rent out each room at 2k per night, it has a/c
- I think the guy said that their rooms can accommodate 4-5 pax each
- One also has the option of renting the entire house for 6k
- 6k is up to 15 pax I think
- If there are more people, Kuya Freddie's friend can adjust the price
- Since the place is pretty big, it can accommodate more than that
- Some people will just have to sleep on the sala
- They said a group of 30 pax did this before

hi mga sis kung balak niyo magcommute to Bolinao.. around P488 ata ang trip from Pasay to Bolinao sa Five star bus.. almost 6hours ang byahe although it can be five kung wala lang stop over.. haha.. halos magkatabi lang ang terminal ng Victory Liner at Five star sa bolinao and may malaking tarpaulin dun ng lahat ng resorts sa bolinao..

from bolinao to patar... malayo pa yun at siguro mga more than an hour pa since yung ibang kalsada eh hindi patag..

^ sis, kami nagrent din ng van...all-in 14k. pero 3D2N naman yun. ang pickup at drop off namin e batangas. tapos 8 kami. ok naman, komportable. nakarequest pa kami mga side trips like manaoag and urdaneta.

^ yung tour na kasama lang e side trip sa manaoag church tsaka sa villasis bagsakan, sa urdaneta. yun kasing hundered islands tour namin kasama na sa deal na inavail namin e.

^correction sis baka may malito na ibang sisses in their itinerary planning. Villasis bagsakan in villasis,pangasinan. Urdaneta City is a different town :-)

Excited na ako sa Hundred island - bolinao trip namin....  sa jaydee's resort kami mag sstay..not sure kung okay yung place nila pero since mura lang... and gabi na kami dadating tapos kinabukasan island hopping naman.. sana ok naman sila... Tapos after ng HI diretso Bolinao.. dun na din kami maghahanap ng accommodations.. Feeling ko kasi madaming mura na place dun wala lang website... balitaan ko kayo,, :-)

Hi! Anyone could help me plan my ITI for Pangasinan this Oct 27? Open ba ang Tourism office going to Hundred Islands (touring) on a sunday? sunday kasi ang 27 and what time kaya dapat umalis from Makati in route to Pangasinan for Manaoag church and then Hundred Islands tour? Kaya ba all in a day or dapat mag overnight sa Pangasinan? Thanks in advance.

^ Are you commuting sis or bringing your own transpo?
Manaoag + Hundred Islands both can be done on a daytrip. We did it last year for my mom's bday celeb. We left for Cubao around 12MN to attend the first mass at Manaoag. Then left for Hundred Islands, Alaminos around 6AM. Dumating kami sa Hundred Island mga past 10 na ata. 10AM - 3PM nasa Hundred Islands kame, swimming, eating and island hopping. 5PM pabalik na kame ng Manila. All that via commute lang.

Hi a.k.a. Helga! We will be bringing our own car. So dapat pala 12midnight kami travel? Hinde ba delikado? Sorry 1st time kasi. We will be coming from Makati. I'll be with my parents (76years old and 65 years old), a 5 years old and 3 adults. Hinde ba pwedeng 7am mag start sa journey? Diretcho kami sa Hundred Islands and later nalang pauwi ang Manaoag? or doable naman Manaoag 1st then Hundred Islands? I thought to stay for a night kasi baka sobrang pagod na kaya after Hundred Islands, stay one night kami then the following day punta nalang sa lighthouse sa Bolinao?

^ hi sis, if you are bringing your own transpo no need to travel as early as 12MN. IMO with your companions sis mas better na nga to spend a night kasi nakakapagod din yung biyahe at para di kayo mala amazing race sa trip.

if you have your own car and madaling araw ang byahe niyo, kaya ng 3.5 hours ang Manaoag.
Mas okay na church muna kayo before going to Hundred Islands. And yes, magovernight na lang kayo. May mga affordable hotels naman sa Alaminos.

Don't forget to try tupig in Manaoag. Pero mas gusto ko tupig ng Villasis. haha It's along the way.
