hi! may plano kami ng bf ko na magpunta sa manaoag pero gusto muna naming mag-beach muna ng saturday then proceed to manaoag ng sunday. mga ilang hours kaya biyahe via commute from bolinao to manaoag or from san fabian to manaoag? may alam ba kayong maayos pero affordable beach resort to stay at san fabian o sa bolinao? tnx!

Hello guys! I was bred and born in Pangasinan hehe). Im from San Carlos City where there are a lot of mangoes and bamboo trees (nyork).

I dont get to go there ever since I started living in Libis. I just visit the place if we have a family gathering OR if we have a long vacation.

For restaurants/food, here are my picks (as of now... hehe)
Pedritos - fresh lumpia
Plato wraps dine-in - everything! specially their burger
Star plaza hotel - for anything chinese
Matutina - for seafoods
M'jelyka - chicken and fries, chocolate cake
Silverios - crispy hito
Rubis - siopao


I also love puto calasiao and the sinegwelas at manaoag. He he he!

been to manaoag when i was younger.. with family..

Been to Bolinao twice. Enjoyed on both trips.

Nung una, we stayed at Puerto del Sol then sa Punta Riviera Resort. Magkalapit lang sila and parehong maganda. If I remember it right, mas mura sa Punta Riviera and I love their infinity pool. But Puerto del Sol is bigger.

Mas maeenjoy yung pagpunta dun if you take the tours. Dont forget to visit the Patar beach! Sulit na sulit naman pagpunta namin dun!

mga sis how long is the travel time from alaminos to bolinao? And can you recommend a place to stay in alaminos? Thanks

almost 1.5 hour din ang travel time from alaminos to patar, bolinao... andon kasi sa patar iyong maganda na beach...

Stayed at TREASURES OF BOLINAO last weekend! Hanep sa rock formation! Tuwang tuwa ako kasi para syang malaking aquarium yung ilalim ng bridge. though wala namang ganung kadaming fish, pero the water is VERY CLEAR! I commend the people behind it kasi malinis talaga yung place, di lang sa treasures. YUng mga dinaanan naming bayan pa Treasures, tlagang they promote CLEANLINESS to eacj barrio.

I would recommend Treasures ! The staff and most of all the owner are very accomodating! He made sure that we're comfortable . We were able to check in at 6AM!!!  (imagine !!)..OK si manong guard (forgot to get his name!) ! pati si Jason na nagaasist sa min sa breakfast! kahit daming request pabalik balik sa kusina, e nakangiti pa din

Mr Ray even upgraded our room from Jr suite to Superior Suite! It has a big glass window fronting the beach! Me free buco pa kami nung last day namin Take note, Mr Ray (owner) even allowed us to see his place sa Mahogany Building (with sala,small kitchen, bedroom)! Such a privilege!

Rock formation yung "binebenta" ng place! and yes, we were captivated!

Don't forget to drop by sa Enchanted Cave !! Great clear water! P35 eang entrance fee. Dun nag shoot ng some scenes ang DYESEBEL.

If you want to a great food pag naka check in lalo at budgetted kayo, punta kayu sa Nida's corner. carinderia sya. Mabait sya.at MASARAP anfg pagkain...Pag labas nyu ng Treasures, pa right side. Corner sya  papuntang lighthouse. Pwede kayong mag pabuy then mag paluto sa kanya. Imagine, we're 9 and yung lunch namin P385 lang! The best yung adobo calamares nya! grilled liempo din, pati buttered shrimp,inihaw na bangus, tortang talong,tahong,chopsuey....me free saging pa sya huh...!

Treasures may be the most expensive resort in Bolinao , and pinakamalayo din (15km), But IT's WORTH IT !!!

The best ang mga tao sa Bolinao..!

We'll surely come back there!!!

Hi sis badidot...i second the motion your opinion about Treasures... we went there last Nov. 8 to celebrate my boyfriend's bday and we were satisfied with the place. Talagang breathtaking ang view and you can have all the relaxation you want. Pero ang ayaw ko lang sa experience namin sa Treasures, may kasabay kami na sobra sa videoke until afternoon until night talaga sila... imbes na peaceful night, talaga tiniis namin [textspeak!] mga boses nila...(sana nga lang kung magagaling [textspeak!] pagkakanta e)

But anyway, it's still a good experience for us...

girls, i am new to this site, but it so nice to see so many people talkign about pangasinan. we trace our roots to alaminos. my brother and sis-in-law have a business there, and reside there. i can recommend a few good restos in dagupan where we spent a few days last dec:

tondoligan beach: matutinas for seafood (sinigang na malaga and crabs), nena's garden for seafood kare-kare and daing na bangus

downtown: enso (japanese food), george for fine dining with a loved one, kuya max for crispy pork binagongan and dinakdakan (Pang version of sisg), bahay ni tuna for anything tuna

for accomodations:

dagupan: star plaza hotel, lenox hotel, and leisure coast resort (ala spalash island)

san fabian: philippine tourist authority (PTA) san fabian (an old resort of former president marcos)

labrador (near alaminos): covelandia resort

alaminos: vista de las islas

bolinao: puerto del sol and  treasures of bolinao

i've been to patar twice... tapos pareho pang budgeted.

from NLEX to bolinao, siguro 5 hours. depende sa stop overs & speed. dumaan pa kasi kami sa alaminos eh. dapat mag 100 islands kami, eh sa kabilang side pa ang patar.

sa bing's resort kami nagstay that time... 2k lang per night ang room. tapos, nung gusto na namin magbeach, pumunta na lang kami sa white sand beach. yung parking fee lang ang bayad. hehe... tapos pumunta din kami sa mga caves... 25 -30 pesos ang entrance fee.

Hi girl... last november nagpunta kami sa bolinao with my bf and friend. Nag stay kami sa treasures of bolinao. Maganda naman siya and malinis. Pero medyo mahal lang yung food nila sa restaurant. Pero okay yung resort malaki and katabi niya lang yung white beach na tinatawag. Malapit lang din siya sa cape bolinao lighthouse then on the way din yung enchanted cave nila.

1.) sis yung bang mga rock formation malapit lang ba yan sa resort as in walking distance lang sa beach..gusto ko ren mag pa pic diyan

2.) sis gusto ko ren makapasok sa cave magkaiba ba yung enchanted cave sa cindy's cave..parang mukhang mababaw naman yung tubig...ang ganda clear ng tubig... kaso ang problem hindi naman ako marunong lumangoy hehehhe...malalim po ba ang tubig and ok lang ba magdala ng bata sa cave kasi kasama namen yung daughter ko, she's 5 lang...

3.) isip ko ren mag side trip sa ibang mga towns bago makapunta sa Bolinao...ano kaya madadaanan namen na mga towns...
