^^musta sis yung tempur? Hehe bigyan ko sana si hubby, pero parang gusto nya ay yung big, soft, fluffy pillow. Yung sa Muji na feather pillow nagustuhan nya, medyo naweweirduhan lang ako kasi feathers yung nasa loob. Hahaha gusto ko sana tempur kaso parang puro flat ata yung pillow nila ano?

Ikea has tempur dupe pillows called memory foam pillows.  Mga 17€ each.  Okay naman for me.

Aside from replacing your mattress, you can also look for pillows that would best suit you. It would depend on what type of sleeper you are, i.e., side sleeper, back sleeper, etc. There are several articles you can find online. You can also try to mix and match. I'm a side sleeper but I don't like medium to firm pillows. What I did was to have a soft pillow on top of a more firm one. Pero sis, if your back ache is really bad, it would be better to have it checked by an ortho.

^Hi sis, I've read a lot of good reviews about Tempur pillows that tremendously helped and gave relief to those with back aches. I bought one myself, but it didn't work for me because I was looking for a really soft pillow. My husband is using my Tempur now. Haven't heard any complaint so far. But then again, he never complained of having back aches nor was he ever picky when it comes to pillows. Hehe.

I used to have back aches a few years ago, but I discovered that it was because of my worn out mattress and down pillows that flattened at night. When I replaced my mattress and started putting a firmer pillow beneath my soft one, I no longer had back aches and slept more soundly. I resolved my issues through trial and error sis. I had to buy 8 to 10 different types of pillows before I found the perfect combination for me hehe. So I would suggest that you research on the kinds of pillows and try them out in stores to see which one will work for you :)

Has any of you tried getting the services of a cleaning company to clean your pillows? Metro Manila location. Please share! Thanks!

^not a cleaning company but have you tried any of the laundry shops near your place? I have ours cleaned at our neighborhood laundry shop but these are for our regular pillows only. For our Tempur pillows I just vacuum them every so often.

Several hotels use goose down pillows. However, if you're allergic to feathers, you can also try down alternative or microfiber ones. I bought mine from different stores like Rustan's, Blims, Wellworth, Metro in Market Market, etc. Pero for convenience, you can check out Rustan's because they carry different types of pillows so you can try which ones you prefer :)

I heard that you can simply disinfect and kill any dust mites by putting your pillows in the car (during the day).  The heat inside the car is high enough to "clean" your pillows  :)

Hello. What's a good bed pillow? Has anyone tried Serene, Goodnight or Kingston pillows from SM Dept store? Thanks.

were using Muji pillows, not the feather ones.

Question - for regular pillows, how often to you change them? As in throw and get a new one?

^Try to check Tempur's upcoming sale this 17-19Mar in all their stand alone shops. Just not sure magkano ang magiging discount nila. I got more Tempur pillows for our beach house in the states at Groupon, super mura! Kung meron kang family dun paabang ka then pa-balikbayan box mo na lang.

I just bought Z shredded memory foam pillow at Rustan's. First time ko to buy such a pillow. It's around P4,500.

I was really intending to buy a firm pillow for my head pillow. This one was quite too firm and high... still adjusting... but seems good so far...

i just repurposed old pillows into throw pillows for the couch/sofa... i also gave them to my friends as throw pillows with a DIY pillow case hehe

i changed mine/ours every 2-3 years..brand is sleepcare.. i'm due to change pillows this year and i am thinking of changing brands.. still clueless hehe

I agree. We also change pillows every 2-3 years or as needed. Prices are reasonable during SM sales. So many new variants :)
