After five weeks of use, my recently purchased "Z Shredded Memory Foam" pillows are NO GOOD! They're TOO STIFF - they're giving me a stiff neck (literally).

I love the new bamboo shredded memory foam pillows. They're super cooling and made from actual bamboo fibres. You can see more about them here:https://pillowpicker.com!

There are many causes of pain in the neck, and the pillow is not always the main one (but often it is). Concomitant diseases of the spine, vascular problems, stresses that prevent muscle tissue from relaxing, uncomfortable shoes or unhealthy habits. only an experienced doctor can make a final diagnosis. Attacks of acute pain that do not allow turning the neck may indicate impairment of nerve endings. However, you can try to change the pillow click here and see if there is a difference.
