Dextroscoliosis (scoliosis)

I also use Easecox Waistshaper since uve been suffering from backpains for more than 6 years. In just 3 days painfree na ako. I have friends from 35* to 15* na correct back nila just because of Easecox.

just got our APE. I'm 29. Tapos nakareco ako to see an ortho daw for dextroscoliosis. Never ako nagka-back problem kaya kinakabahan ako.

Mga sis, my future sister-in-law has scoliosis. I made her bend down and kitang kita ang uneven back niya.

I want to ask sana how much is whole spinal x-ray and saan pwede? How much na din ang pagpapagamot? Thanks sissies!

Medyo napapraning na ako sa scolio. I was doing yoga and my instructor asked if I have scolio. Nagulat ako kasi its the first time ever na may magtanong.im 29 na. I asked her again after the session she said parang daw. So ayun kaya ako napadpad dito sa thread. I will try na kay Dr.Dizon pachdck up. Sana negative naman ako for scolio. I also do pilates pero hindi one on one. Sabi it helps daw. Yoga im not sure.

thanks sis tough_chic! my SIL is in college pa lang taking up tourism. I don't want the scoliosis to get in the way of her dreams of being a flight attendant. Hai. I hope you don't have scoliosis. Ask someone to look at your back while your bending down. If it's obviously uneven, baka nga meron ka kasi ganun din yung sa SIL ko. Sobrang obvious na the right side is mas mataas than the left side.

I have dextroscoliosis din.. 11 degrees nung nagpa thoracolumbar xray ako.. hindi naman yun nakikita pag nagpa chest xray ako .. nagkataon na yung inapply-an ko na position e may thoracolumbar xray .. ayun na discover ko nalang.. hayy

Hello. Im back im this forum. I went to see an ortho (dr.nicomedez) kanina and found out I have mild curvature 11 deg plus yun lumbar ko hindi aligned. Nung una kinapa nya back ko mukhang wala naman daw. Sa xray nakita. I was advised to continue pilates.  Nagtataka lang ako walang tinuro sa akin na exercise yun doctor.  Tapos pala yung spine xray ko 1,600 something. Doctor's fee sa st lukes global 800 to 1k. Then ang maganda dyan pagka xray makita na aga ni dr yun image so isang punta ka lang sa dr. So tipid na din sa fee.

Hi its me again. Syempre di ko pa din tinitigilan kaka research esp nakuha ko na xray results yung may summary.

Babalik ako sa doctor this weekend. Si dr. Dizon na talaga ang tatargetin ko. Madami ako itatanong. Nilista ko so that di ko malimutan.

Hala akin kaya ilang degrees na. Hehe 14 y/o pa lang ako nung nalaman ko may scolio ako, 29 na ako..  pero hindi na pinacheck hehe time for a check up na siguro, seriously considering magpa-chiro

Have you heard of the diamant undergarment that helps/cure scoliosis? My friend kasi got it and napansin nya na nacorrect nga yung problem na yun. Expensive tho pero effective naman sa nakita namin.

how much ang easecox? where do you buy it? recently lang ako na xray na may mild dextroscoliosis. I have to see an ortho pa pero i'm doing my research na. i'm already 27.

super bothered ako sa scoliosis ko..  nagpa medical ako kanina, pinababalik ako kasi hinihingan ako ng medical certificate.. ang problema 45 degrees [textspeak!] scolio ko with occ. pain.. for student visa kasi kaya need ko ng medical.. haay kinakabahan ako

I too got diagnosed 3 years ago with mild dextroscoliosis, then every year ako nagpapacheckup and sabi ng Doctor ko every year nagbebend yung spine ko to the right ng 1 degree.. i dont feel any pain at all.. pero pansin nga ng family ko ang pangit ng posture ko. hindi ako sexy back sa bikini pics, lol. And napansin ko yung mga damit ko, may shape sya na parang twisted sa may waist area ko, hindi maganda yung shape lately conscious na ako, im 26 now tapos madalas na mangalay yung likod ko. Pwede pa ba ito i-correct ng braces? anyone you can refer? TIA!!
