Dextroscoliosis (scoliosis)

super bothered ako sa scoliosis ko..  nagpa medical ako kanina, pinababalik ako kasi hinihingan ako ng medical certificate.. ang problema 45 degrees scolio ko with occ. pain.. for student visa kasi kaya need ko ng medical.. haay kinakabahan ako

actually 35 degrees pala.. hehe.. namali ako tingin sa xray, yung 40 degrees kasi for operation na yun eh.. hehe.. nagpa check up na ako kanina and sabi ng ortho ok naman daw.. hindi na daw to mag progress..

I too got diagnosed 3 years ago with mild dextroscoliosis, then every year ako nagpapacheckup and sabi ng Doctor ko every year nagbebend yung spine ko to the right ng 1 degree.. i dont feel any pain at all.. pero pansin nga ng family ko ang pangit ng posture ko. hindi ako sexy back sa bikini pics, lol. And napansin ko yung mga damit ko, may shape sya na parang twisted sa may waist area ko, hindi maganda yung shape lately conscious na ako, im 26 now tapos madalas na mangalay yung likod ko. Pwede pa ba ito i-correct ng braces? anyone you can refer? TIA!!

ako din sis.. pag nakasuot ako ng fitted na damit medyo halata.. lalo na sa pictures tapos kit yung right side, para akong kuba kasi nakaangat e., dati sobrang concious ko, [textspeak!] self esteem ko talagang na apektuhan.. lagi ako may cardigan or whatever na hindi masyadong mahalata yung body ko.. pero ngayon keber na ako.. thankful pa din ako atleast ganito lang..

Clinica Manila nagcclinic doctor ko, minsa na Medical City siya. sabi kasi nya surgery nad aw ang solution if mag-progress.. and since nagbebend every year natatakot ako 10-15yrs from now

12% na curve this year sis. sabi hindi na daw kaya ng braces kasi 26y/o na ako. tapos if ever man magawan ako, support lang, hindi na mag correct yung posture ko

Scoliosis according to certified medical consultants cannot be corrected but you can slow down the worsening of the condition with the right nutraceuticals....

i got diagnosed with mild dextroscoliosis after having our annual medical exam. im surprised because last year wala naman ganitong results. i guess it runs in our family, my mom and brother also have it. I need to go to the ortho soon

ganyan din sakin. kung wala pang annual physical exam di ko pa malalaman. kaya nagparehab agad ako...

sa iba po, pa-check up po sana agad kung may masakit sa likod. yung brother in law ko po ang akala lang eh scolio, yun pala may tumor na sa spinal cord. kaya wag mo ipagwalang bahala yung mga sakit na nararamdaman natin.

^ hi sis nagpacheck up na ko sa ortho T2-T11 ang range ng scolio ko 7 degrees and measurement niya. He said I need to have it checked again next year to see if nagprogress or hindi

Last year ko lang din nalaman na I have a mild dextroscolio during a medical exam at IOM.  Lagi sumasakit yung right lower back area, gusto ko nga magpa-massage pero natatakot ako baka lumala or what. 
Also, yung right leg ko minsan nagc-"click" or parang slightly natatanggal sa hip socket.  Its painful to walk when this happens, but I need to keep moving para bumalik yung bone to proper alignment.  Pagnangyayari 'to masakit nanaman ulit yung back area for days.
I will see an ortho the soonest; hindi ko pa kasi 'to npapa-checkup since last year.
