thanks sa advice mga sis, abonne milk salt scrub worked for me. ilang try ko pa lang nag-smoothen na [textspeak!] legs ko. nawala yung chiken skin and ingrown hair. ang bango pa, para ka talagang naligo sa gatas after mo gamitin. kaka-adik na tuloy gamitin yung milk salt scrub. hehe.

it works sa umpisa, pag nagtagal bumabalik din.. tsaka di naman pwede gamitin abonne milk spa salt lagi. malakas maka-dry..

di naman ingrown hair sis? if may baby hair sa dulo pwede mo ipull gently using a twizzer to help na makalabas yung hair clogged yung pore pag ganun ganyan din kasi nangyayari sakin minsan. or use scrub to soften the area.

effective din sa akin ang abonne. konti na lang yong chicken skin sa underarm ko at one week ko pa lang gamit...try ko naman sa whole body with body oil...

jergens firming lotion lang nakatanggal sa bumps sa upper arms ko ng try din ako before ng abonne hindi nawala.. siguro hiyangan din

any scrub will do regardless of the brand. A lot of times yung bumps/ chicken skin is cause of dead skin build up. di nakakahinga yung pores kasi clogged na kaya nagkakabumps, using a scrub prevents dead skin build up.

several dermas told me, NOT to scrub mga sis. lalong dadami at gagaspang.

you can use glycolic, lactic, urea. moisturize!

sakin naman sis nagwork yung scrub 4yrs ko ng ginagawa. Basta gentle lang yung pagmassage ng scrub dapat walang friction. Yan din advice ng derma ng sis ko before pero nagtataka kami bakit sila belo & her endorsers addict magpa body scrub. Di ko nahiyangan yung glyco & lactic acid sis dami ko small bumps using these two super kati pag use ako nito. Pero maganda talaga effect ng glyco pag hiyang ka.

Mga sis, may chicken skin na makati & merong hindi meron ding may may laman merong wala. Nakakalito din kasi minsan. Pag itchy it might be allergy di advice to use scrub.

effective ang scrubs against chicken skin, para maexfoliate at ma-unclog yung pores, wag lang sobra-sobra. I use cyleina rice bran soap, para isang step na lang ang pagsasabon at pagscrub.

i can attest proflavanol has many health benefits.. di na ako madaling mapagod kahit lang overtime sa work.. but it doesnt cure chicken skin if it is sana wala na ako nito sagwa pa man din kasi sa neck part sya.

ah ok. kasi ngpapalight and ng papa-smooth ang proflavanol e.try mo ipaderma baka mawala yung chicken skin.kasi kung medyo marami sya, e medyo matagal na gamutan yun

i also have chicken skin before pero di ito nakuha sa mga vit o sa gluta. Kahit naggu gluta ako for years meron pa rin siya.

So nag intake ako ng collagen and body scrub atleast 2x a week so far wala na siya at di na bumalik pa. =)

For cold weathers din dati nagkakachicken skin ako pero ngayon aside from doing the above procedure, I added body oil to my daily body regiment.

I did this after taking a shower. Bale pat dry so medyo basa basa pa ang body dapat then I put the body oil be it J&J oil or neutrogena kahit anong body oil meron ako. After that saka ko sunod ang body lotion. I patiently do this everyday ha. Then eventually nawala din ang patchy chicken skin ko.

Try nyo mga sis baka sakaling makatulong di sa inyo. =)
