I was so confused during the early part of my 20's. I didn't know what to choose from working abroad, taking masters, or pursue my career in the call center. Hangang sa mag asawa ako, I was still confused kung anong career ang gusto ko. Right now I'm 28, though I can say I'm still a little confused mas nakikita kong mas okay nung nag asawa ako. Now, all I want to have a child.

^^haha..true. ;D  i thought i knew everything when i was 21.  one of the best lessons i've learned is that you'll never know everything.  but you'll definitely learn a lot as you go along. ;)

being 21 is magulo..parang i tend to worry a lot ngayon..like i need to make all my dreams for my family and myself to come true, tapos ma-drama and love life, yung feeling of being abandoned or disregarded by most of your friends kesyo busy daw sila with work..hay ang daming emotions..ganun ba talaga ???..

Being twenty something for me is the time of making life-changing decisions (lovelife man, family or carreer)... na pangangatawanan mo when you reached your thirties!

Now I'm turning 29 and i feel that i'm on the right path.

I turned 25 last month and realized that being an adult is hard. I like being a kid. LOL. Carefree! Maybe ignorance is bliss afterall.

^pareho tayo sis...sometimes i really wish i could go back to my childhood days...

being adult is very hard...you had to make decisions, that sometimes may affect others too...there's also a lot to worry about...your work, finances, family, friends and relationships...

i'm in my early twenties and i don't know which path to follow. people keep telling me to pursue law because sayang daw ang talino ko. nasa dugo ko daw ang pagiging magaling na abogado. cr@p like that. pero i feel that it's really not for me...ngayon pa lang, i feel burnt out. i'm sick of reading codal provisions and cases and whatnot. i want to be a chef. i want to take up a culinary course. pero i'm hesitant to let go of people's expectations of me. gusto ko din kasi ng prestige which comes from being called a lawyer. i know i can kick some a$s in court because i'm a born speaker and i have the ability to see things from every light possible. it'll be a shame if i won't put it into use. but i believe that i'll be more satisfied if i follow my passion. they say that at 21, a person thinks they know what they're doing. i'm just a little over that age but i'm just confused. i don't even know what to think. hay. LORD. :-\

^sis, at 21 i thought i knew everything.  that was arrogant of me.  but it is true that whatever you decide to do on your 20's is going to define what you're gonna do for the rest of your life.  think of it this way, the rest of your life is not gonna be lived by the people whose expectations you're trying to meet.  it's gonna be lived by you.  if you don't do the thing that will put your heart at rest, it's not gonna be them who's gonna end up being miserable.  it's gonna be you.  and you would probably end up blaming them for your misery.

i also wanted to be a lawyer for some time because it would please my dad.  i gave up because i realized it wasn't going to fulfill me as a person.  we had arguments about it, but in the end, i have never regretted my decision.  i have a job i love and it's easier for me to make decisions for myself.  i'm not saying that i know everything now.  there's a lot i've learned, and there's still a lot i'm bound to learn as i go along.

good luck, sis! ;)

Being 20 (yes, I'm only 20) is so far the best because I am exactly at the point of my life where I wanna be. I am free to do anything that passed my judgment. I have a loving boyfriend who takes me to different parts of the globe once in a while. I am studying in a foreign land and I am able to see the world on the way it should be seen. One more thing, the traveling part is my favorite because I know that when I have my own family on my late 20's or early 30's, I wouldn't be able to travel as much as I do now.

im now stuck in the middle. im 25 and somehow, i cant help pero icompare sarili ko sa ibang ka-age ko na junior executives na. i was almost there na pero i messed it up and im wedged between, what the f am i supposed to do and moving forward.

pero sabi nga.. di mo pwedeng planuhin buhay mo. all you can do is go woth the flow and make the best of it.
