CHINESE WEDDING

I'm now changing everything according to Chinese Traditions.

Originally after ghost month. But Amma insisted before daw and Dapat follow strictly. I'm now rebooking everything

Sis meixin, yeah fixed nako sa designer na gusto ko. Di naman sukat na, pero to reserve na? Tama ba? Hehe

Sis msdianne, Oh no.. Medyo nakakaloka yan. But, we have to follow what the elders tell us kasi. Problem is, baka di available na sa mga nabook mo.

This is the sad part now, they want to take over the wedding plans because they just attended a wedding of my fiancé's cousin who followed tradition. The elders wants the same.

So now before ghost month na wedding which is July.

Wish me luck. For sure Sana free pa suppliers and I have to let go of some. Rebooking fee pa yan and all.

We'll have morning wedding now then evening reception as usual.

ladies, do you suggest na magpa appointment na ako sa designer ng gown ko? kahit na 11 months pa before my wedding?

    sure na sure ka na ba jan sa designer mo? hahha kasi paminsan nagpapalit tayo ng isip, if you are 100 percent sure book ka na:) reserve lang pero sukat wag muna baka  magchange pa weight mo:)

exagg naman, yung couple lang dapat yun e hindi buong pamilya... tsaka ang alam ko sa amin bawal lang mawitness yung ceremony, pero pwede ka pa din sa reception ng tinghun. Di ko sure yung sa wedding mismo kung pano..

    tama! alam ko pwd ka magattend pero dont watch. I know right super oa! buong family ng ape niya hindi pumunta super bastos. Pumunta lang talaga yung Ape niya.

@mloveg: nattense kasi ako pag hindi pa namin asikasuhin e, may paranoia ako na mabbook yung mga gusto kong suppliers.. Dahil to dun sa naubusan kami ng venue for October kaya nausog to January yung wedding

Oh well papel. Bahala na if magalit. Di naman sila babayad ng wedding namin haha! Nung sunday nga may nakita kami black pa yung bridal car. Ireason out ko nalang na sentimental ako sa car ko kaya yun gamitin ko.

I hava new question.. We're having a non-traditional (Chinese) wedding kasi but I now want to have a Chinese host (kasi sabi ng mga achi ko better kasi dumagdag ang friends ng mom ko) The usual & popular hosts are out of the question coz lampas na sa budget. a friend of mine, who happens to be a professional host, is giving her service for free. Si howe is friends with a couple who does hosting on the side. The guy is pure Chinese & his wife is learning naman daw. But I only want to get the husband. Ok lang kaya yun? Just so someone could interpret? Or awkward?

Yep it's actually better. Para makakuha ka ng pricelock. & yung ibang designers kasi would want to get to know you not just from your gown pegs. Like they'd want to see your whole vision for your wedding. Mine even helped me with the entou gowns kahit initially we weren't getting from him.

^Hindi naman sa awkward, but I suppose better kasi kung nakawork na nila isa't isa and know what to expect or know how to read each other's cues. Maybe iopen up ninyo nalang din yung option na yan if alright with them

Dream ko rin Albert Kurniawan but I felt that super expensive sya so I decided to just get another HMUA na cheaper pero good quality parin naman. I invested on the video na lang instead kasi I really love Bob Nicolas

Phase 2-3 is yung nasa right side, pag pasok mo ng entrance ng century seafood. Ang alam ko 70 tables medyo sagad na (with stage and small dance area)

Ah..ako sa left side 40 tables lang kasi samin..kaya nga im hoping na malipat kami sa grand ballroom para di daanan

Ahh kaso pag naging grand ballroom di ba may 10% charge yung bill?
