Hi Spongebob, sa Hamilton ka pala.  We were there yesterday for the first time.  We dropped off my parents-in-law at sky city casino then went to Hamilton Gardens with my kids.  Sayang it was drizzling but the photos turned okay, parang may magical effect yung rain and posing with umbrellas. (nagkataon terno yung umbrella sa jacket ng daughter ko).  We might go there again this weekend for the balloon festival. Hope it doesnt rain.  We are staying here in Tauranga.  I arrived a few days before the Christchurch earthquake.

i've been listening and watching some shows on tv regarding nz, and kelangan daw mag-aral ka pa? nursing board passer ako ng december 2009, walang work experience... and nagbackread ako ng few pages, 18knzd? WOAH. 34x18k (tama ba?) din yun!

Tanong ko lang pag student visa ka sa NZ after your studies ba kelangan uuwi ng pinas? Sure ba na merong mag sponsor sayo na company para makakuha ka ng work permit?

meron ba dito sa GT NZ na working mom? how do you manage? i have a 4 y/o kasi at may phone interview next week sa NZ employer. i'm just worried kapag naitanong yung working schedule eh meron akong toddler in tow. uso ba sa NZ employers ang overtime?

sis wala ka na sa bu dhabi? ako i am in Oz now but got my NZ residence visa recently. i think ok sa NZ employer ang family issue with work schedules. same with Oz, they are striving for work-family balance.

I'm not exactly a kiwi but my husband is [textspeak!]-chi na sa Auckland lumaki. We go to Auckland every year to visit family. I love the place and the food. Parang ang linis linis ng hangin when I breathe...

Long term plan is to migrate back in 10 years. My Mother-in-law used to be the Philippine consul there. She's retired na though.

Simple, walang katulong kasi mahal. Mahal ang bilihin pero mataas din kasi ang sweldo. But what I like about it is the gov't support. My hubby went to a "public school" for GS and HS but his school was even better than 99% of Filipino private schools.
