this year i bought an hp laptop yung pavilion series, kaya malapad screen, more than 15.4 inches.. DV600 yata model..im not sure basta DV sya.
lately nakakita ako ng acer mini notebook na wala pang 9 inches yata..ang cute nya, sayang sana ganun na lang binili ko dati para madaling dalhin then buy na lang ng external HD dahil maliit lang memory nun.

pwede ba makapagphotoshop using MSI wind or Acer aspire one? I'm looking for a light laptop pero pwede magsurf, photoshop, watch ng videos. I'm not really techie so di ko malaman alin ang ok.

^Photoshop yes, if you install it.  Watching videos?  Hmm i prefer watching videos on my 14 inch notebook rather than my netbook.

^thanks sis. plano kasi bumili ni hubby ng bagong laptop kasi di na sya nakakasingit dito sa laptop namin kasi puro ako na lang gumagamit. acer 4520 gamit ko ngayon. pag may bagong laptop, sa hubby ko na to, akin yung bago. hehe. gusto ko ganito rin ang features pero magaan. parang maganda rin yung acer travelmate.

im planning on buying a laptop for my birthday kasi since i started working wala pa ako nabili gift for myself.. hehe di ako mashadong techie pero from what i heard ok naman msi or lenovo... i'll use it mostly for internet surfing, so gusto ko may wifi sana.. and gusto ko sana may dvdrom, my budget is around 25k? may makikita ba akong ganito? i was thinking of going for either MSI or Lenovo kaso wala ata dvdrom, hassle naman kung bibili pa ako ng external.. gusto ko yung kasing laki sana ng msi wind.. hope techies here can help, thanks!

mga sis does anyone here knows kung saan pede magpa repair ng keyboard ng laptop? the "W" key of my laptop is damage. naputol kasi un clip nya.  i asked around dito sa alabang pero sabi nila whole keyboard na palit.  ok lang sana kaso it will take 30-40 days. wala ba yun repair lang o yun palitan lang yun clip? den pede ko ng hintayin habang nirerepair? by the way my brand is SAMSUNG

Sis/Bro, help naman, just bought toshiba satellite L310, wala kasi sa manual, kasi super light nung font colors except for the color black (kaya hindi ako hirap when i visit sites like pex kasi diba black lang sila dun), naiistrain na mata ko, i tried to dim the brightness of the screen, pero dumilim lang, hindi naman nag-dark yung colors sa screen, pag itinodo ko naman yung brightness, lalong nag-la light. please help me if theres a way i can adjust it. thanks in advance.

hi, help naman po, i have a sony vaio laptop...
problem is, the screen wont stop from flickering, to the point na hindi ko na talaga magamit...

can someone recommend a reliable laptop repair center, i called sony service center and hindi daw nila gagawin iyong laptop ko since it was purchased abroad...

^try changing the refresh rate of the monitor. set it to either 60hz or 75hz whichever your video card supports.

if you're using XP:

Right-click on a blank space on the desktop>Properties>Settings>Advanced>Monitor>Screen Refresh Rate under Monitor Settings.

if you're using Vista:

Right-click on blank space on the desktop>Personalize>Display Settings>Advanced Settings>Monitor>Screen Refresh Rate under Monitor Settings.

if this wont fix it, you can self-troubleshoot(uninstall-reinstall video card driver) or just have a laptop tech fix it for you.

Hi! I would just like to ask kung advisable bumili ng second hand laptops? kasi medyo natakot ako dahil ang mura lang niya. nasa 15k lang. Dell yung brand name. TIA!

it is ok to buy a second hand laptop provided hindi kinangkong. if you're planning to buy one, check it carefully. if you're not sure, ask someone you know who's familiar with hardware stuff to check it out for you.
