Went to Pilates class last night at Dancevision (Wilson St., Greenhills) by Hazel Imperial. It went well, the class was very small and the teacher was good. Of course, had difficulty with some of the routines but overall, it was an exercise.=D

How many times in a week ang suggested pilates workout sa mga studios? Everyday ba dapat?

when i started, i went to class once a week lang.  pero a friend suggested (nd the receptionist of the studio) to do it twice a week for better results PLUS cardio 3x a week (which i didn't do!  ) 

accdg to my friends pumayat daw ako though feeling ko hinde    if i had followed the 3x cardio sched, i probably would've seen major results

i tried yogalates before sa las pinas.. 250 lang yata yon kaso isang session palang sakit na sa katawan.. pero now.. i want to try again.. baka may alam kayo san pedro laguna or alabang area pls.. thanks

sis sa mySpa wellness sya, sa 2nd floor ng Starmall. pero 2x a week lang yung class nila monday(7pm) and wednesday(9am) lang Ü nakatry na ako once, ok naman Ü
