hi, is this with pulse yoga? pilates matwork ba ito? what's the minimum requirement for those who want to join the group? zero exercise kasi ako baka if i join the group advance na pala or something...

Hi guys. I would like to try pilates, mainly for back support and discipline. Any feedback about the reposo studio? So far it's the one nearest my office. Good for beginners ba?

Teachers are excellent and all certified by Authentic Pilates in New York (the original method as done by Joseph Pilates); only one-on-one sessions though, P1,100 per session. Please backread for more info.

i'd rather do pilates at home. i just downloaded advanced winsor pilates on the net and it's awesome. i think that constantly doing this will definitely help tone the body! grabe especially the ab workout!!!

^^Integrated Body Arts Studio (Authentic Pilates) but there is no signage outside. Katabi ng pre-school.

girls, feedback naman sa pilates classes in peak performance studio, sa mga nakatry na. ok ba ang trainers and is the area safe? medyo dark kasi eh.. i wanted bravura studio sana but they stopped having classes for the mean time, no idea why! thanks in advance

i tried yogalates before sa las pinas.. 250 lang yata yon kaso isang session palang sakit na sa katawan.. pero now.. i want to try again.. baka may alam kayo san pedro laguna or alabang area pls.. thanks
