ako when i used to go to the gym, i usually wear black\blue jogging pants & white shirt. di talaga ako pumoporma kase sayang lang puro badinger Z naman ang mga kasabay ko, walang nakaka-appreciate.

i use nike. binibili ko sa nike women. dri fit kaya hindi kakahiya sa gym kahit tagaktak pawis mo, hindi halata. mukha pa ring fresh

ay sana me sumagaot nito  kakapamember ko lang sa FF di pa ko makapunta kasi wala akong sportsbra e medyopinagpala ang aking hinaharap hehe baka pagtinginan kapagtalon talon ko

sports bra prices depends on the brands you will gonna buy.. if you're not that brand conscious, less than 500 or 600... for designer bra like wacoal, maden form, nike(parang meron ata nito) some are less than 800-1,500..

sarahsensible hi sis.. sports bra has sizes.. i got mine 34b.. soen ang brand... first time ko pupunta ng ff gym tom thats why yun muna ang binili ko... may jockey, hygeia, wacoal ... i found os expensive ang wacoal.. pero mukhang matibay sya... with matching sports panty pa ha... terno sila but you can buy them separately...

if they don't have sizes. malamang small, medium , large and xl meron sila.. depende kc sa brands.. my barkada recommend hanes.. so good daw... san ka maggym sis?

i think its worth naman kung saang ff branches ang pupuntahan mo... since i got lifestyle passport plan, lahat pwede diba.. hope we will meet someday... im not yet done shopping for my outfits sis.. kc try ko kung maganda mga nabli ko.. tas pag medyo sanay na ako sa gym.. thats the time na bbili na ako ng durable, dri fit outfit.. kht mga sports panty dri fit na din...

^ yup its a type of gym wear.  nike has good ones and stylish too =)  I use Nike while working out.  Id say its worth the price, mine lasts for years.  =)

nakabili na ko, sa nike, maraming nakasale na dri fit ...billi sana ko ng wacoal & jockey kaya lang walang size ko,pero mukhang maganda yung support saka medyo mahal yung sa wacoal 800+ e yung nabili ko sa nike 600lang ata hehe pero [textspeak!] tanktop ba tawag dun sa parang blouse tapos me bra na sa loob nasa 1k+  naman

i was about to say, when i used to workout at bodyworx may girl na nakabodysuit yung parang swimsuit pero may parang cycling... sexy sya pero medyo may edad na.  kakainggit.

natural lang naman pawisan pag nagwoworkout, maliligo ka naman afterwards.  mas masama kung di ka pinawisan, nag gym ka pa
