Yeah, I remember they asked me if I give birth already na ba daw or aborted a baby....They want to see if you lie or told the truth in your application din. Kaya chinicheck nila yun...

Will it be an issue if you already have a baby or have had an abortion?

@grumpybear, may issue lang if you lie and they found out sa pagcheck sa iyo. So you have to tell them. E-nask nga ako if virgin pa ba daw ako. Sabi ko, oo naman. Sabi pa nya, are you sure? LOL! Of course I am... LOL! Tapos may scar ako sa wrist because of our cat who scartch me really deep. Tinatanong ako, if nagpakamatay ba daw ako, feel ko ba mag suicide... Uhhh, of course not. I love myself...

Lahat ng bump, scratch, scars they will examine and ask. If you're hospitalize and what for?

@septembernine, madali lang naman yung examination so in and out kalang doon.

@misao, LOL! Yeah, especially if first time mong ma experience ma check up na ganun. It feels intrusive, but I guess I understand why they are thorough about it.

Dito (US) na din kasi ako nagpamedical so di ko na-experience yan.
I was just asked about my medical history, had my shots updated (TdaP) and did an xray.

^Yeah, but since madali lang yung exam. In and out lang, parang you don't know what hit you yung feeling mo. He he Kailangan presence of mind din at wag kang ma concious na nakahubad ka. Para pag may question sila madali mo lang din ma answer at di ka matulala...LOL!

may cases kasi nung araw na wala pa atang gyne check, na hindi nag-declare na anak then pagdating sa u.s. magpe-petition ng anak. meron din kunwari may anak yun pala relative yung 'anak' para madala sa u.s.

di ako sure sa abortion. tingin ko gusto nila ma-address lahat ng medical conditions bago ka pumunta sa u.s. para hindi ka maging public charge ba tawag dun.

pero may nakasabay ako inamin nya na na-stroke sya so pina-therapy pa sya ng 3 months so na-move yung interview nya. yung kasabay ko naman sa interview, na-deny for visa kasi inamin nya na nag-drugs sya nung nasa college pa sya kesyo nasa banda raw kasi sya.

madali lang yung exam. nothing to worry about kung healthy naman kayo. nakaka-tense lang maghintay. tas parang sinisindak ka ng doctors kasi sunod-sunod yung questions nila kasi binabasa lang nila yung checklist -- ever had abortion? used drugs? had stroke? heart attack? hospitalized? std? mga ganun...

well, as for our case, after paying the $88 for the AOS,
pinadalan kami ng letter, both my wife (petitioner) and ako dito sa Pinas, asking kung saan ipapadala ang mga notices and other documents, and kung may gusto kaming agent na i-assign, after sending it back, a couple of days, nagbago na ang status ng case sa NVC, we can now pay for the Visa processing fee of $404 ea. So we paid $1212 kasama ang 2 minor na anak namin, so now, ang naka-indicate sa NVC receipt ay in-process na ang payment, I'll keep you posted after this process...

Bakit NO ang nakalagay sa Further Processing nya? Does it mean denied na sya? Ohh no,wala kaming nari-receive na letter from NVC regarding this, ang sipag pa nga namin tumawag sa NVC para update sa case namin eh, ibig sabihin me problema case namin? o baka mino-move pa lang from F1 TO F3 Category kaya naka freeze yung processing,.

May i know kung nag agent pa ba kayo? paano ba magbayad ng $404  and where ninyo na send ang payment? thanks po

^i think cardilene is referring to choice of agent. the petitioner can be your agent, one who will receive all the correspondence from NVC.
when you receive the bill (AOS and IV), may instruction yan where to pay.

Cannot be sis, kasi hindi pa nga bayad yung $400 na processing fee. Yung sa bayaw ko at mga kids nya, naka bill na sila at paid na, yung case ng hubby ko bukod sa hindi pa bini-bill, di pa maka sign in. ohh no, grabe ninenerbyos na kami,sumasakit na ata batok ko huhu!

Brother nya yun sis,f1 sila then na move sa f3 dahil married na pareho, hindi ko alam meaning ng related case pero magkaiba yung case number nila.

@kwinchesters, related case sa brother nya. Dba when AOS was paid isa lang binabayaran mo and all other related cases are paid din. But I dont know about the IV fee bill thought. I thought you have to pay each of them kahit related pa sila para ma process yung case nyo. Did you go online and see if his IV fee bill is generated na? Usually kasi pag na tangap na nila yung DS 3032 they will generated the IV fee Bill.

Or maybe like you said they change his category na since he got married. Might as well, call NVC and talk to a live person to get the update, what's up with his case why it said that on their system... Good luck sis.

Update lang. We called NVC lastnight, sabi nila na change na kami sa category from f1 to f3. the reason why we cannot log in sa online payment coz our case is not yet current, we have to wait till our case to be current, i think months pa, coz the current is march 1995 and our PD is january 1996 pa, its a long way to go pa.
Kasama na din ako as derivative ni hubby yehey. pero merong problema, mali yung nainput nilang birthdate ng daughter ko, so we need to send another birth cert thru mail,pati copy ng passport ko.
