@ lyn & misao, thank you for the info. maybe, if the PD becomes current, mga 1.5 to 2 years pwede munang isan tabi ang migration. at least, marami pa ring oras tutukan ang ibang bagay. thanks.

kaya lang i think it would be better kung punta ka na agad dito. anyway after a month lang meron ka nang green card and ssn. pwede ka na bumalik sa pinas. you can apply for a re-entry permit good for 1-2 years yun outside of u.s. kasi in case something happens to your petitioner, wag naman sana, baka di ka na makapunta dito. yun yung advice sa kin ng lawyer and napanood ko din sabi ni atty. michael sa citizen pinoy.

Yeah ganyan din sabi ng doctor na nagcheck sa akin. I-spread at ibuka ko pa daw more... but isa lang doctor hindi dalawa. Hindi naman ako pinatuwad or what just lie down lang on my back at madali lang din, hindi matagal.

why do they have to do a gynecological exam on you?
When I had my medical for my petition, walang gynecological exam.
But I was here na sa US, I just adjusted my status. Pero I don't see why the medical exam should be any different?

^nung sa kin i was asked to present my appointment letter, kahit yung copy lang or sa email kasi wala pa by mail, minsan kasi wala talagang dumadating. 6 months lang valid yung medical result so dapat yung sure na may appointment na. i don't think they will let you in w/o the letter. kung may problem naman sa medical, st. luke's na magpapa-resked ng interview. unless may tb, aids, hepa, drug user or na-stroke ka, wala namang problema sa medical. bubukaka ka lang haha.

can i ask lang if anyone here knows about CSPA?...who are eligible to be a derivative of a petition entitled for an automatic conversion and retention of current priority date?...and what about following to join?...sorry dami kong tanong kasi ako lang na overage samin and wala na kaming any family member left here...btw my mothers category is f3...can i still benefit from this...current na PD namin letter nalang hinihintay...is there any way, thanks...

@grumpybear - ewan ko ba. nakakainis nga. sabi to prove whether you gave birth or not. lahat naman ng kilala kong nakaalis since 2000 ganun din exp but with only one doctor. pati scars and piercing, chineck din nila.

nabasa ko na sa ibang forums yung room number na yun na sana ma-avoid kasi nga 2 yung doctors. kaso sila mag-assign sa yo which room. nakita ko pa naka-check sa kin abnormal yung body ko. kasi 10 lbs overweight ako? ganun din sa mga nakasabay ko naka-check daw abnormal haha. we paid 10k para maka-exp ng ganun. di bale basta nandito na.

@lyn, haha hay naku ayoko na ulitin yung ganung checkup. yeah mabilis lang din sa kin mga 3 mins. na naked kasama breast exam.

Yeah, I remember they asked me if I give birth already na ba daw or aborted a baby....They want to see if you lie or told the truth in your application din. Kaya chinicheck nila yun...

^@misao, me too...Don't wanna go thru that again. First time ko yung na check up na ganun. Ha ha Kahit nga dito na sa US sa ob-gyn doc ko iba yung feeling eh... LOL Did they give you something to cover yourself bah before they examine you or wala? I totally forgot about it na, I feel like I was naked without cover. Parang repress memory ko yun, I don't want to remember...LOL

@ sis misao, you have a practical idea there, a major factor to consider. oo nga naman. i think the best time to buy time is like what you did. on the 5th month upon visa release, go! right? kasi once na may visa ka na and something not good happens to the petitioner (na huwag naman sana kasi magtutuos pa kami ), at least, you have the visa stamped on the pp already. wala naman siguro bawian na. thank you for the suggestions.

@lyn, traumatic noh lol. they gave me a blanket na nililis naman nila, nasa tummy ko lang, ang ginaw pa naman dun. pag naaalala ko talaga yun, i cringe lol.

^yup female docs for female patients, male docs for male patients. yun na yung worst part. just be honest sa questions nila regarding your medical history. mas gusto ko pa kunan na lang nila ko ng isang bag ng dugo at bigyan ng 10 shots sa arm haha.
