just call the nvc number as you would when using a phone.. 603-334-0700. though i havent successfully talked with a live person using this cause it always seem busy. i use it to track my case with the AVR nalang. if youre gonna listen to AVR lang, call between 12noon -7:30pm PI time.
it's pretty straightforward, just follow the voice prompt when you call. or you can refer to the mini-instruction i posted a few pages back.

sis after you log in sa google chat,click mo yung call..tapos may lalabas na dial pad..just dial 603-3340700..then may maririnig ka na automated voice then follow mo yung sasabihin niya..press 1 for english..madali lang yun mga sis...then after you have entered yung case number or receipt number sasabihin na nung automated voice kung ano na status ng case mo...just backread sa pinost ni septembernine..siya din nagturo sakin nun eh...

Yeah, their number is always busy. It took me two days redialing every second before I was able to get a hold of a live operator. What page exactly did you post the instructions? This thread is so long that it's a lot to go thru, can you please post the page if you don't mind. Thank you...

I paid their AOS fee Bill and e-mailed their DS-3032 Choice of Agent. I'll be mailing their hard copy of DS-3032 when I get it sa mail.

Now, I'm filling up their I-864 Affidavit of Support, I'll be mailing it soon.

kung meron ka ng case number, you will be asked to enter the first three letter (MNL in our case)
MNL = 665
kung CIS receipt number naman, may corresponding number for first 3 letters. for example, 1=EAC, 2=LIN and so on..

once you confirmed yung prefix ng case/receipt number, you shall then be asked to enter the 10 numbers. yun lang

^sis kailangan i pa update mo...yan din concern namin kasi my brother will turn 21 this dec 26...f3 category namin kaso overage na ko so hinahabol nalang kapatid ko pero kinukimpleto ko padin requirements just in case lang na makasama ako kasi 1995 pa approved na petition namin...the letter was mailed yesterday and we will receive it by this week...feb 1995 yung petition namin eh nakalagay sa visa bulletin for oct march 1995 na...anyway kung ganun na kalapit yung sa inyo inquire ka lang sa US embassy mismo...nung nagtanong mommy ko 1st week of december appointment date nila...so ewan ko lang kung dito pa sila makapag new year kasi inexpedite ata for my brother...as for me malamang kung di ako masasama susunod nalang ako, f2b and di muna mag aasawa para hindi ma change to f3...sobrang tagal na naman kasi nun...

current na pala PD ninyo, sis when your Mom petitioned u ilan taon ka na ba if ya don't mind...me kasi kaka- changed lang ng category ko into F3 so iyon i've sent our marriage cert. and our son's birth cert. authenticated by d NSO... tagal ko na din naghintay sis, akala ko nga continuous na iyong vb na 1 year ang leap... thanks sa info. sis

^im 24 years old...hinahabol nga namin na maisama padin ako kaya kinukumpleto ko requirements...or if ever hindi f2b magiging status ko basta hindi ako mag aasawa...and as of oct i belive 2002 na na pprocess...matagal din pero mas matagal kung magiging f3 ako dahil ngayon 1995 palang na pprocess right...kung maghihintay ako malamang mga 10 years pa yun...i dont intend to get married pa naman not until makaalis ako dito...who would want to live here kung lahat nalang ng relatives ko literally nandun na at ako nalang dito...anong year ba na approve petition niyo?...
