you just have to follow the prompts sis.

press 1 for English or press 2 for Spanish

(If you wish to speak to someone directly, press 5)
If not and you are just wanting to hear information about your immigrant visa, press 1

..then you will be asked for your CIS receipt number (press 1) or your case number (press 2)

kung meron ka ng case number, you will be asked to enter the first three letter (MNL in our case)
MNL = 665
kung CIS receipt number naman, may corresponding number for first 3 letters. for example, 1=EAC, 2=LIN and so on..

once you confirmed yung prefix ng case/receipt number, you shall then be asked to enter the 10 numbers. yun lang

sis!!!natry ko na gamitin eto now lang..and nakuha ko na yung case number ko and according dun sa voice operator nasend na daw sa attorney namin yung affidavit of support tsaka yung fee bill namin last Sept.17 pa..hay naku...bakit wala pa din kaya dun sa atty.?anyway sis,thank you talaga ang galing..hehe...at least medyo nabawasan yung anxiety ko kasi alam ko na kung ano na yung progress ng case namin..thank you so big!

question naman mga sis... yung hubby ko 4yrs na sa u.s pero di pa kame kasal.. so balak namen dito nalang sa pinas pakaal.. mas mabilis ba ipetition pag kasal na dito o fiance visa nalang gawin niya at dun kame pakasal.. mas mabilis ba kameng makuha ng baby ko?

sis need pa dun nung invoice identification number eh..wala pa kami nun eh..kasi ang choice of agent namin is yung atty kaya dun lahat pupunta yung mga docs na galing nvc before kay hubby...

yep, need nyo nga ang invoice number. ask na lang the atty para you can keep track as well.

after ng payment, you need to send your civil docs.
yep sis mejo mabilis.
our case number was assigned on Sept 16 and paid the AOS and IV bill on Sep 23 and 28 respectively. hopefully we dont get RFE

Question mga Sis.  Here's the scenario.

A mother who has a greencard petitioned her over 21 daughter.  Before it was approved, daughter got married and a kid.  Mother is now US Citizen.  Wala na ba yung petition?

Kami ganyan din nangyari, change category lang saka required ka magpass ng documents na hihingin nila like marriage certificate at birth cert ng spouse at children nyo.

i'm about to mail I-130 application for my mom.. i'm a USC and my mother is in the phils.. i have the I-130 form completed and signed.. check for $355.. the documents included in the application are : my NSO birth cert., copy of cert. of naturtalization, photocopy of US passport.

tama na ito mga sisses ano? walang documents from my mother execpt my birth cert bearing her name.. ok na ba lahat?

^A copy of your marriage certificate, assuming that your legal name (as shown on your naturalization certificate and passport) is now different from your birth name.
Also, won't you be submitting your affidavit of support (I-864) along with the I-130?

Although if you are not working and you will use your husband's income, it needs to be the I-864A if I am not mistaken
