^no prob. ang bilis nga. ngayon in about 12 months from filing nakakapunta na sa u.s. spouses of lpr. unlike before na 3-5 years daw. halos same timeline sa mga usc petitions.

thats true sis. mar 2010 kami nag file sa USCIS and now nasa NVC na kami waiting for our case to be complete. it's truly a blessing!

hindi pa sis..we just submitted civil docs and ds230 sa NVC and hopefully our case will be completed in 4 weeks, assuming we have no RFE

it's request for evidence. pwede ka mabigyan ng RFE kung incomplete ang sinubmit mong docs or may kulang na info sa forms that you submitted

for USC petitioners, kelangan ba isubmit yung cert of naturalization or pwde na ba na US passport lang to prove my citizenship..also, wala pa akong copy dito ng birth cert ko kaya papakuha pa ko dyan sa pinas NSO..yong original documents ba ilalagay sa application? or pwede na photocopy?

my sister will have to wait nga until getting married then and as of now, it seems wala sya plano.. she's a single mom, may anak na sya na 3 years old now..

sa pagkakatanda ko, nung inasikasao ng husband ko yung I-130 petition nya sa akin (actually ako nag-asikaso), lahat ng documents na sinubmit ay photocopies lang.
At sa pagkakatanda ko din, lahat ng papeles ko concerning immigration, wala akong sinubmit na originals. Lahat photocopies. Dinala ko lang ang originals during the interviews.

mga sis question po, how long will it take para ma-petition ng husband (greencard holder) ang wife (Filipina) niya?

baby michael, i asked my husband because they just submitted docs for his brother's petition and he said they submitted cert of naturalization. as for the birth cert, they submitted the NSO original.
sa petition ko naman, ako yung beneficiary, we submitted original civil docs and a photocopy. yung passport ko, photocopy lang.
maybe you can also ask sis misao, kasi same case kayo.

sis t.h.u.r.r.e, average processing time yata for NVC is 6-8 weeks from ds230 to case complete and another 6-8 weeks from case complete to interview appt. but since mejo mabilis na ngayon ang processing, i read na others got their case completed 3-4 weeks from the time they submitted their ds230.

This week lang mail ng sis in law ko yung docs sa NVC pero based sya sa Boston so i guess madali lang tutal sa US din naman sya.
Additional question lang sis, magkaiba ba yung DS3032 sa DS230? Kasi yung choice of agent pa lang ata napapasa at mga docs namin na birth & marriage certs lang kasama nung DS3032 namin ang nai-mail,yung DS230, iba pa ba yun? Thanks

yung ds230 ipapasa kasabay ng civil docs ng beneficiary. pero dapat nakapagbayad na muna kayo ng IV bill bago magpasa ng ds230 kasi kelangan nyo yung barcoded cover sheet.

ganun na kabilis sis? kakapass ko lang ds 230 ko.. medyo tinagalan ko pa nga pagpasa e.. by december kaya magka visa ako?
