Mga sis question lang po.

Na grant na yung petition ng husband ko galing sa mother nyang American Citizen. 2001 pa lang kasal na kami, Napalitan na yung status ng asawa ko from single to married even before na maaaprove yung petition. ano pong type ng visa ang makukuha namin ng anak ko? May nagsabi sakin na sakop na daw kami ng visa ng asawa ko? I need clarification lang po Thanks ng Marami.

mar 2010 PD ko sis. our i-130 has already been approved by USCIS first week of sept.. were waiting for our nvc case number now..hopefully we can receive it this month. (fingers crossed)

hello! been through a lot of pages, even searched for F1 I-130 here at GT.

napansin ko lang po halos puro F2 & spouse's visa ang concerns.

sana po may mag post ng experience on "unmarried children of US citizens over 21."

this is just to anticipate the hassles of gathering all the documents since ang laki ng leaps sa PDs.

anyone who'd like to share?

i agree sis im also lookin for info about i130 petition for unmarried son and daughter of us citizen

case ko po kc last 2001 n file ang petition for me by my lpr mother then by 2005 she became a us citizen  i received a notice that my f2b status was now i130 first category and it was approved..my pd is 2003 processing time is current but pd as of oct still 1997..should my mom file for i485?..

sis ilang days from the time na tinanggap ng NVC ang civil docs and ds230 until case complete? f2a kaba?

Sana po me sumagot huhuhu,2nd post ko na ito:

Single pa yung hubby ko ng pinetition ng US citizen mother nya,after 15 years now lang na approve petition. Problema po kung 1996 yung Priority date,2001 kasal na kami. Hindi na napalitan yung civil status ni hubby na married until the approval came along this year. Question is valid pa din ba visa kahit married na si hubby? Or does he need to apply for another visa? Thanks.

^^assuming all documents are complete and accurate.. it will take more or less 1 month to be 'case complete' ..yes sis.. under F2a kami..

sa amin kasi, ang tagal ng nai-submit ang ds 230.. yung I-864 natagalan kasi busy si hubby..wala siya time para basahin yun instructions.. sabay pagka submit niya..may mga missing docs pa.. kaya netong last week of august lang namin nai-submit lahat lahat.. and sept 21 kami na 'case complete' . if na submit lang sana ng maaga lahat..baka nakaalis na kami..

^f2a din ako. sana maka submit kami ng docs 1st week of oct. hubby just received and paid AOS bill today..3 days pa bago mag change status to paid. sana padala kaagad nila IV bill.

Kung maiinform ba ang NVC ng status change ni hubby,meaning di nila bawiin yung approval ng visa nya? Hihingi lang siguro ng pertinent documents, tama ba sis? Try namin kasi tawag sa NVC using magicjack eh,kaso di makalusot tawag,puro voice prompt.

you can email them naman sis. i read it takes them at least a week to reply.. NVCINQUIRY@state.gov. pero mas maganda makakausap kayo ng operator para you can get immediate answers

Di pwedeng update thru email sis,need hardcopy docs daw. Pag nakuha na ng NVC document maupdate na yung samin. Magiging F3 category na si hubby. Hopefully maayos nato, at ganun din sa inyo mga sis, Thank you Lord!
