Meron na po ba nakabayad sa inyo nung $404 ng Immigrant Visa Fee? Ano po ang susunod na gagawin? Db fill up yung DS-230 or wait pa ng sulat sa NVC?

^yes as long as US citizen ka. A friend of mine who is a SAHM petitioned her mother.

sisses mga ilang years makuha ng guy ang wife niya considering greencard holder na ang guy tapos ang girl nasa pinas pa. nagpakasal sila sa pinas? thanks. anong visa pala mag fall under eto? thanks.

^sa case namin 3-4 years. pero parang mas mabilis ngayon

^^^as far as i know.. you can petition your mom basta u.s citizen ka..pero kahit wala kang work you still need to fill out i-864(AOS)..and your husband will fill out the i-864A as the household member.

sis pretinnes, i think nasa F1 ang category nito but as sis  cherry*coke said, you have to be a US citizen to petition your parents. as far as i know, processing takes less than a year.

F2b category ako sis, my priority date is April 2001. i was interviewed already last August. I got my first letter that my petition is on the move was last January 2010.
According to the September 2010 Visa Bulletin, priority date is 08-01-02.

Current kasi ang 2005 sa CSC (California Service Center)

naguluhan tuloy ako kung saan ba dapat mag base ng PD if sa CSC nag file.

nakaka-excite naman ito. my PD is 2007.. so i am assumming letter from NVC will arrive last quarter of this year. sana sana sana talaga

Thanks sis kalaiyaan. When is your priority date? Kung ano yung current sa California service center, maybe that's it.

I remembered something when i was having my medical at slmc last july may nakausap akong 2003 ang priority date niya.
