mga sis pa help naman, i am an immigrant here in the us my problem is this i have two kids but they have different last names but they have the same father yung panganay sa fam name ko yung second naman sa bf ko ang last name.when we had our first child kasi sa akin na lang pinasunod yung last name but nung nasundan na nag insist na bf ko na dapat apelyido na nya ang gagamitin ng bata..do you think mag kaka problem ako sa processing? and which do you think is better? uuwi ba ako sa pinas para pakasalan ko bf ko o do i have to wait for a couple more years say like 3 years for me to be a citizen and petition him as a fiance and get married here?badly needed help nyo....please...

^i think wala naman magiging problem kasi parehas naman ikaw ang mother ng 2 kids... ang problema lang is sa bf mo..

either way sis..ganun din aabutin..kasi usually pag immigrant petition more than 3 years din inaabot.. ewan ko lang ngayon kasi based sa movement ng visa bulletin parang mabilis na..

my daughter and i were petitioned nung jan.2008. we were approved last year,dec. 2009. we're lucky kasi mabilis ang visa bulletin ngayon thank God!ngayon,we're just waiting for other instructions na ibibigay nila. =). kaw ba,what's your priority date if you don't mind?

what's your priority date sis?sobrang laki talaga inusad ng visa bulletin and i never thought na magcucurrent kami this year!alot of people must be praying really hard.yung sainyo sis,mabilis na din yan =)

dont know the priority date is eh. if priority date is when we filed the petition then its mar 8, 2010.
oo nga ang bilis ng visa bulletin ngayon. excited na nga ako makita ang sa next month eh. sana malayo ulit inusad.

My daughter and i are under F2a.yes,he left philippines on sept.2003,tapos went for a 2-month vacation after 2 straight years (2005).nagpakasal kami,tapos within his vacation,i got pregnant.he filed for our petition nung 2008 so our PD is 31JAN.08.LPR pa din siya 'til now.never pa cya nag-attempt na magcitizen for some reason.na-approved petition namin last DEC.2009 and now,our PD is almost current.hope this helps sis. =)

hello folks. meron akong question, hope you can help me out. for those petitioning their spouse/have been petitioned by your spouse, anong documentation ang sinend you to prove marriage? certification from church ba ok na? o dapat from census? meron ba sa inyong case na mali ang recorded wedding date? how can this be corrected? TIA!

sis alam ko dapat tama lahat ang mga details nyo sa marriage certificate and lahat sa census mo kunin..dapat maayos lahat documents kapag nag pass ka ng requirements para di pabalik balik..yun ang pagka alam ko ha.

ano category mo sis? F2A ka ba? ilang months bago approved petetion nyo??

yung LPR ang mag petetion sa asawa mabils din ba ang processing??
