hmmm... wala akong idea about that humanitarian reinstatement. but i prefer na pumunta  to have a consult regarding that one to a lawyer. para at least u know what to do. not necessary na  you would need to have their service. consultation lang on how things processed and what you have to do. try to visit visajourney.com and ask there too. they might have infos regarding that one. hope this help

This coming JUNE naman is JAN 08

so does it mean na 12 months ang nilakad ngayun? 1 year?
May 2008 kasi ang priority date ko that's why I'm so happy to know na mabilis na ang processing ng visa.

sana naman true kasi hindi naman sila magpopost sa visa bulletin ng maling info diba, kasi all over the world yun eh.

yung tito ng husband ko kakacitezen lang niya, penitisyon nya yung wife niya dito... yung baby nila na pinanganak dito automatic citezen na pala kasi kaya nun lumakad sila few days ago blue passport na yung baby... ang galing nga eh...

kahit hindi pala sa US pinanganak ang bata pero pag US citezen ang parent, automatic na us citezen na siya, madami din sila nilakad na papers but it's worth it naman.... wala lang share ko lang.

yup, kaso may requirements din like may minimum na 5 years of US domicile yata prior to the birth of the child. that's my worry now kase hinde ko na-meet yugn requirement na yon so hinde ko alam kung pano ko sisimulan pag-declare ng citizenship ng baby ko paglabas nya.

^^kelangan tumira ka sa states ng at least 5 years prior to giving birth to your baby. kahit hinde tuloy-tuloy na 5 years. This is the link to that page:

My problem now is that ever since kase andito lang ako sa Pinas. So im not sure kung pano ko ipe-petition yung baby ko paglabas nya. Yan kase yung process na sinundan ng daddy ko for our citizenship kaya naging mabilis lang din yung petition nya for us.

Nabasa ko sa visa journey na yung iba ang priority date nila ay             SEPT 2008 and NOV 2008 .... nakarecieve na sila ng IV Bill.... requesting for Affidavit of Support... na sad ako kasi nauna pa sila nakarecieve ng ganun.

hi sis, our humanitarian revalidation took 3 years bago maapproved 2006 siya finile a month after namatay yung uncle ko, i think, august 2006 then naapproved last august 2009.
