Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative)-Part 2

yung sa case kasi ng friend ko, hindi na-meet yung income requirement so kumuha ng joint sponsor yung fiance nya. so i guess it does not automatically mean na denied na yung petition pag ganun kasi nakapunta pa rin naman yung friend ko sa u.s. from what i understand, hindi lang ma-complete yung case unless complete din lahat ng requirements. sa mga nabasa ko sa visajourney, NVC will inform  (return or reject the aos) the petitioner to get a joint sponsor para matuloy na yung processing.

hello. can anyone help me? this is w/ regard to my uncle's petition. His father, the petitioner is already dead, now when we submitted the packet to NVC, we put in there that his father is deceased. The NVC replied and sort of invalidate the petition. I heard of humanitarian revalidation, how to start doing it? Do the beneficiary need to write the NVC or USCIS? or do we need to consult a lawyer first. Thanks for the help.

hi mga sis! visa bulletin for may is dec.1, 2006 sa mga under F2a category..6 months [textspeak!] inusad nya kya very happy me ngaun...my PD is Dec. 22, 2006 so by june may interview na me...sa mga sis natin na ang PD is 2007 kau na po susunod...
mga sis na ng undergo na ng interview,pa share naman po kung ano mga possible questions..TIA!

May 2008 pa PD namin but it's ok as long as ganito yung bilis niya.

Sana nga mag doble pa ang bilis. Medyo matagal pa kasi kami nasa 1998 pa under F3..ask ko lang, if under this category (married child of USC), pwede ba sabay na kami family lilipad for US?

^ i've been following gurfinkel's show citizen pinoy and i remember him saying that under this category (F3), the immediate family of the person cannot join until they themselves are petitioned. but who knows baka the likes of gurfinkel or palacios can find a loophole and maging exception ang case mo.

hi sisses.. my son and I had our interview last april5, (K visa) the consul said she will approve our visa as soon as she receives my NBI clearance under married name (di kasi ako kumuha nito agad) then, nitong april 15 lang namin nasubmit...

Sino ang may ganitong case din, yung submission of additional docs? mga ilang days/weeks after submitting your document natanggap nyo yung visa nyo?

Carleah, hi sis so tapos na inteview u [textspeak!] mga question sau sis, mdali lang ba? at kelangan pa bang kumuha ng NBI pag interview? kc ngsubmit na me NBI ko sa NVC last january [textspeak!] inattached ko sa DS 230 ko..need pa ba nila bago o [textspeak!] personal copy ko nlang...,TIA

@carleah, i know someone na ganyang case, divorced naman sya so she uses her maiden name. the consul asked for another nbi clearance under her alias (married name). nag-submit sya after 2 days. one month na wala pa rin yung visa nya. she asked her petitioner to follow up on her case on the 5th week. ayun, after 3 days lang dumating na yung visa nya. di baleng nagbayad sila sa call ang importante na-deliver agad yung visa nya. so pag submit mo tanong mo lang mga ilang days aabutin, then kulitin mo na sila the day after that. mas ok pag yung petitioner lalo na pag us citizen.

@mjnet - ok lang personal copy basta hindi pa expired. yung sa kin hindi naman kinuha. pag may alias ka lang hahanapan ng isa pang nbi clearance.

@mjnet, hi sis..super dali lang ng mga tanong...relationship sa petitioner, then yung mga docs mo lang na sinubmit dun lang sya nagtatanong...yes or no nga lang mga sagot ko halos. Yes ok na yang personal copy lang ng NBI.

@misao, thanks sis..sabihin ko pala kay hubby tawagan nya agad. US cit naman sya kaya makatulong sana para madeliver agad visa namin ni baby. May confirmed ticket na kasi kami to SFO ng May13 kaya sana before that date eh nasa akin na visa.

just want to share another evidence na mabilis na ang movement sa visa processing ng mga petitions. according to the visa bulletin, f2b priority date is November 2008. Pero my friend whose pd is 2000 got a letter from embassy around february that a visa is available for her.  hopefully by next year nandito na siya.

^^ meron pero yung sa police clearance wala daw yung samin ng husband ko. and yung AOS wala din daw, so nag send ulit yung sister ko. nag inquire ulit [textspeak!] sister ko sa NVC about sa son ko, sabi ok lang daw basta complete lang yung papers madali na yun, then nag inquire din kami tru mail naman. sana mag reply agad.

mga sis..kailangan ba mag submit ng NBI clearance along with the DS230? kasi wala nakalagay sa list of requirements eh..police clearance lang nasa list.

and sabay ba isesend ang DS230 part 1& 2? thanks

yup sabay din yung Part 1 and part II and dont forget na hindi i-ssign [textspeak!] sa part 2, just read it. so yung part 1 lang yung may signature mo.
