^pag si aunt mo na yung agent, she'll receive the ds-230 packet after she pays for the AOS & IV fees. yung ds-230 ipapadala na lang nya sa yo for you to fill out and sign. yung sa kin scanned copy lang, meron din downloadable form. you can do this now kung gusto nyong mapabilis yung process. send mo na sa aunt mo kasama yung ibang requirements like nbi clearance, birth cert, etc. sya na lang mag-submit agad pag nakareceive na sya ng ds-230 packet. yung sa kin nun pinadala ko sa fedex, 3 days lang, i think 1300 binayaran ko. ang marereceive nyo na lang yung appointment packet. read page 1 nitong thread, very helpful.

^ok lang na ikaw na mag-mail nung COA sa nvc, basta make sure na accurate lahat ng info (name, address, email add, signature, etc.) para hindi tumagal yung processing. ang tagal pa naman sa snail mail 10 working days. kung nagmamadali ka pwedeng pa-fedex to your aunt tas sya na lang mag-send sa nvc. kung di naman, yung required docs na lang ang ipa-send mo sa aunt mo. good luck!

Hi everyone, tanong ko lang, last January naka receive kami ng letter from NVC yung sa AOS fee, after paying siguro mga 2 weeks naka receive na ulit ng mail, telling us to pay $400 each for IV processing. nag bayad na kami last February. how long should we wait dun sa next mail.

By the way yung sister ko sa states ang agent namin.

and my son is turning 21 on May 1st week . sayang naman kung hindi pa namin makasama(only son kasi).

I've heard about CSPA age calculation, hindi ko lang ma gets kung pano.

kasi ang sabi ng sister ko, we have to wait for another mail (maybe containing the DS230 form) and yung DS230 daw sa interview na?

yun din daw ang sabi ng mga friends nia dun na nag petition. and nakita ng anak ko sa immigrantVisas  na we have to wait sa request ng NVC sa mga documents kasi pag nagsend it might delay the processing.

Do you have any link ng guide na step by step from NVC about dun sa pag send ng DS230?, para ma-convince ko yung sister na na mag send na kami. sayang kasi yung time. less than 2months nalang.

concern lang ako kasi mag 21 na son ko.

^ via online mo din makukuha yung cover sheet for the AOS and DS 230 part I and II. Just check back dun sa site na pinagbayaran nyo. Di ko ma explain masyado kasi may immigration lawyer ako na nag asikaso ng papers ko. Better yet, call the NVC.

^yup, yun yung document cover sheet diba?. hindi ko lang kasi ma convince yung sister ko na pwede na kami mag send, kasi ang worry nia baka daw madelay lalo, advice din daw sa kanya ng friends nia na maghintay nalang ng notice, kaya naghahanap ako ng valid reason para maconvice ko na sya na mag send na kami, complete naman na yung mga documents namin, mag fi-fill up nalang kami ng DS230 and print ko yung document cover sheet, send ko sa kanya, sya nalang mag send sa NVC.

mabilis lang ba ang response ng NVC pag nag e-mail ka?
para ask ko sila what do to next after nung status paid sa IV fee. this time siguro macoconvince ko na sister ko.

evsrol - yung ds230 kasi 2 parts. yung 1st part yung i-fill out, sign & submit w/ other docs. yung 2nd part yung pinapa-sign sa embassy. kung mag-21 na yung son mo, baka dapat mag-consult na kayo sa lawyer for expedite processing kung meron pa nito, i'm not sure. try nyo rin tumawag sa nvc.

yep sis online din. hindi ko na matandaan pero mabilis lang..anyways..kahit naman hindi ka makareceive ng ganung notice..i think pwede na yun i download basta nakabayad na ng visa. not sure kung pwede na i submit. without go signal from NVC.

about this? may na receive kau na snail mail? then after nun saka plang kayo nag fill up? sabi kasi nila pag online daw nagbayad, once na PAID na yung status ng payments sa $400, print out ng Document coer sheet and Ds230, fill it up, then send sa NVC together with the other documents. tama ba? or may kulang?

^hehe sis medyo nalilito ka nga. relax, ako rin nun natataranta sa gagawin. basta follow the instructions sa mga docs carefully. lalo na sa requirements para walang delay.

may lawyer kasi kami so sya ang choice of agent ko. sa kanya dumadating mga mail tas e-email na lang nya sa kin. pero before pa man magbayad yung petitioner ko ng aos & iv fee, nag-download na ko ng ds-230. i filled out parts 1 & 2. pero part 1 lang may signature. yung part 2 walang signature dapat kasi sa embassy na yun ipapa-sign sa yo.

i sent my ds-230 to my petitioner, with the other required documents through fedex para secure & mareceive nya agad. nung bayad na yung aos & iv fee, hindi ko na lang alam kung online lang nila na-receive yung cover sheet & ds-230 kasi sa lawyer dumadating mga mail.

so as soon as nareceive nila yung ds-230 & cover sheet, na-send na agad ng petitioner ko yung mga documents ko with the cover sheet sa nvc. so naka-save na agad ng time kesa hintayin ko pa sa mail dito, then send ko pa ulit, etc. eh meron namang available sa net na mga downloadable forms. dami ngang di nakakaalam nito, mapapabilis sana pag-process ng papers nila.

ang nareceive ko na lang after the ds-230, yes snail mail -- yung appointment for medical & interview. merong iba sa email na lang nila narereceive to. good luck! stay healthy para walang problem sa medical.

thanks sis. nalilito lang ako kasi kung hihintayin pa yung notification or pwede na mag send kasi since FEb pa PAID yung status, last night kausap na ng sister ko yung lawyer nila sa states and sinabi na pwede na mag send sa NVC ng Documents pag PAID na.

ok na ko, hehe, nag parint na kami kanina ng picture for Visa then ayusin nalang yung mga papers, this afternoon send ko na din sa NVC.

kahit ba may agent ka sa states pwede na from samin na manggaling yung mga Documents? sabi kc ng sister ko kami na daw mag send kasi mas matagal pa pag sa kanya kami nag send tpos tska palang nia se-send.
