My mom and dad got their visa today! Yey! Thank God! Finally after 26 years! God is sooo good!  Their visa is under F4 category! My uncle (the petitioner) died a month before the petition was approved kaya ang tagal, so my mom had to file for humanitarian revalidation pa with the help of our lawyer.

My brothers and I are now applying for immigrant visa, yun kasi sabi nung consul last thursday sa kanila sa US embassy. Hopefully maapproved yung CSPA naming magkakapatid soon kasi pinapabayad na kami ng $400 each kasama ng ds-230 namin on monday.

So sa mga sisses na namatay yung petitioner, may pagasa pa ang petition basta may lawyer, super mahal ang bayad kaso ok na un basta magkaron ng immigrant visa.

Update ko kayo mga sis regarding our CSPA, I know a lot of you are like me na na-aged out na kakahintay ng petition.

My auntie told me na may new bill daw sa us na paiigsiin yung length of time ng petition, sana maapproved agad yung bill para pag ang baby ko ang pepetition ko saglit na lang.

hi sis in love, so mga 1 month...after nun [textspeak!] appointment letter na...[textspeak!] mtgal pa maging current PD ko, (Dec 22, 2006) maaga lang namin natapos...jan 24 nung 1st na nkatanngap kmi submit ko DS230 ko feb 16 so un...mg aantay p ba kmi na mging currenct PD bgo issuehan ng appointment o tuloy tuloy na yan..

oo sis F2a category me...halos 1month lang namin naprocess papel ko from DS3032 to Ds230 so ngaun wait nalang namin ma case complete...
mga sis, mga kelan kya namin matatanggap appointment letter...after ba ma case complete o wait pa maging current [textspeak!] PD saka mgkakaroon appointment...march visa bulletin kc april plang so mga june july [textspeak!] maging current PD ko which is dec 22,2006...thanks for reply mga sis

ask ko [textspeak!], my mom has a petition but under F4 category. got an advise from my aunt that she was notified to submit the affidavit of support. once submitted, how long pa will it take to process?

^in our experience, kung walang delay sa papers/requirements/medical, in 3 months may appointment na for interview.

Hi sis!
Naapproved na ang petition ko last week, nadelay lang dahil sa pinaulit ng pics ng hubby ko, after that may marerecieve daw ako na letter saying lang na approve na nga and don't make any plans etc. etc.

Sis. after this ba ilang months bago makareceive ako ng letter, yung AOS ba yun para sa husband ko at asking for agent para sa akin....
yun ba yung tinutukoy mo na in 1 month lang nakareceive kana???


Malapit na pala yung PD mo, konti na lang pagiintay mo.. that's nice... ako kasi matagal pa Aug 2008 pa

hi mga sis!!  new lang ako dito sa thread, kagaya din ninyo problem ko yung petition ng parents ko sa amin.  F2B category ako, priority date January 26, 1998, actually last year pa current.  Mother ko nag-petition, nag-attorney na nga parenst ko para mapabilis pero parang lalo yatang tumagal...    July 2009 nag-bayad na ng visa processing fee mother ko and then October 2009 nagsubmit na kami ng Affidavit of support and Form DS-230 Part-1.  ang sabi ng attorney wala ng problem sa mga forms, interview na lang daw inaantay. 

From last year  up to now, wala pa akong nare-received na notice for my interview na manggagaling sa US embassy manila.   Ganun ba katagal yun notice of interview?  I thought mga 6-8weeks lang.. pero lampas na wala pa rin notice... hmmm       hindi kaya natabunan na papers namin.. kaya super delay na..

thanks sis... oo nga eh sobrang delay na...   ok lang naman follow-up ng petitioner ko sa NVC?  hindi naman siguro makaka-apekto kahit may attorney pa kami, we just like to know our status.  hindi naman kami ina-update nun attorney basta ang sabi lang hintay-hintayin.. nakaka-depress din hindi ko alam baka yung kaka-hintay namin umabot pa next year...   haayyy naku....

either you or the petitioner can follow up sa NVC kahit may lawyer. minsan kasi di naprioritize yung application mo unless di ka laging uptodate sa case mo. they would think na di ka interested. pag lagpas na sa waiting time call agad para mapadali na yung case mo.

^yeah parang sa kakilala ko, delayed yung visa delivery ng 1 month na. so tinawagan nung us citizen yung nvc and after 2 days nadeliver din.
