if us citizen super bilis lang hindi aabutin 1 year if ok lahat ng papers na papass nio samin inabot lang 6months yung pang 6 months interview na.. sa tuesday na interview namin sana maging ok na lahat...

ah okey. if f2a category it would take 4-5 years before maging current yung visa. yung priority date is when your visa is approved.

hello mga sis! im an LPR spouse, my PD is dec 22,2006...nareciv na ng hubby ko [textspeak!] AOS bill $70 nabayaran narin nya via online at ako naman send ko na thru mail & email [textspeak!] DS3032 ko [textspeak!] choice of agent...mga sis kelan na naman kya [textspeak!] susunod....i think [textspeak!] IV bill? wait pa namin notification from NVC na pwede na idownload [textspeak!] Affidavit of Support...hay finally at least ng sstart narin [textspeak!] processing ng papers ng mga dec 2006..

ok naman sis yung medical namin naka 3 balik nga lang kami kasi yung anak ko nagpositive sa skin test halos lahat ng kasabay namin bata nagpositive so ayun nung 3rd day xray cia thank God naman at negative result so ayun nabigay na rin yung cd namin ng xray..madali lang naman ang medical andun naman ang step by step na gagawin mo hindi ka mawawala basta  before ka pumunta dun kompleto dala mo requirements...eto na nga ngayon nagpeprepare na kami mayamya paalis na kami papunta us embassy sana maging ok na lahat..

-4 US visa photos
-Original and Xerox Copies of Appointment Letter
-Passport
-Medical fee
-Black Ballpen
-Immunization records (if any)

interview requirements:

-Proof of Relationship like photos, emails,chat logs
CEMAR, remittance,letters
-appointment letter
-valid id (in my case hindi kinuha)
-2*2 picture(hindi din ako kinuhanan no need na daw)
-copy of affidavit of support (wala akong dala pero oklng my fill-up ka nalang na form)
-ask nila kung my nbi clearance ka yung personal copy lang dala ko kasi napass na naman sa nvc yung original copy
-birth,marriage certificates (in case)


we got the pink slip super bilis lang namin mas madami nga lang ang tanong sa akin sa final interview compare dun  sa pre-screener..ok naman basta wag kalang kakabahan kasi yung kasunod kong girl kawawa nabadtrip na yung nagiinterview kasi paibaiba sagot mukha kasing super tense..mabait naman lahat ng in-charge na tao nila dun bonus for me kasi tuwang tuwa sila sa anak ko kaya siguro ganun approach samin compare sa mga kasunod namin hehe

hi mga sis,medyo long story..but to make it short (ill try):
March 2000 i went to US i was petitioned by my father (retired US navy & US citizen),i went to school there,got my green card & SSS. June 2005 moved back to Pinas to continue college,but i got pregnant so i stopped school in 2007. my visa expired,i overstayed here in pinas. what would be the first step i need to do so i can go back to the US? i am not married yet because i dont wanna change my last name coz my father still want to help me go back to the US however we dont know what to do or quickest way for me to come back?.i renewed my passport last november.just dont know what to do next. my dad suggested to get someone from the US support me for fiance visa kaso im scared since it will just be fake,i am in a relationship with my baby's father although my partner said its ok if i get married to a US citizen and divorce when i get to the US. any other way guys na makabalik ako dun? thanks! my daughter is also in my name hindi sa daddy nya para madali din sya mapetition..my father said my greencard will expire 2011 pa

hello mga sisters! ask ko lang kung sino ang may priority date na january 2008 dito? nakarecieve na kasi kami ng anak ko ng letter of approval with our case numbers.mukang mabilis din ang usad ng visa bulletin.i checked sa uscis at ito ang mga nakalagay sa processing times nila : USCIS national goal - 5months ;USCIS national average - 19.0 months ; California Service center - 35.4 months. i compared this dun sa huling processing times nila and i must say malaki ang ibinawas ng mga buwan.ano kaya ang ibig sabihin nun?kailan kaya kami makakatanggap ng mga instructions (packets)?nakaloka talaga!

^^sis i believe you don't have to resort to a "marriage for convenience" set up.. hindi pa naman pala expired green card mo which means you're still a resident of the U.S .. siguro you have to ask the immigration na..medyo unique kasi ang case mo.. hehe.. sorry if not much help..

i suggest you consult a immigration specialist. i think you will need to have a re-entry permit. no need of getting k1 or fake marriages. try to consult regarding your case first before taking steps forward.

IMMIGRANT VISA CENTER (IVC) may help you. that firm handle my case in getting my CSPA.

sis, it would depend what category you belong. mas madali ang processing after the approval if US citizen ang nagpetition sayo. like k1 or k3. if LPR nman like F2a or f2b it would take 4-5years before maging current yung visa mo.

this is what i'm talking about.if the VB would move 2months / month,by the end of 2010,current na ang PD namin.a little confused lang kasi i checked processing date sa USCIS,under i-130,California service center, january 2,2007 ang pinoprocess nila.things are going better (i think) just pray nalang tayo mga kapatid.xoxo
