hi.. i have a question regarding petitioning your spouse to the us, okaii lang ba magfile ng petition kahit wala kang income or work kc dba require nila is affidavit of support is it okaii kung yun parents or other relatives mo yun mag affidavit of support for your spouse? thanks is advance!

^most of my friends with the same case took less than a year for their mom to arrive to US from the time of filing. about fees check uscis.gov.

after ba mabayadan ang $400 (IVbill ata yun), whats next? "PAID" na yun status sa online payment...ipi-print ko na ba yun cover sheet, then ipapadala ko na sa NVC? yun lang ba ang padadala ko or magdadownload nako ng DS230 and fill it up? naguguluhan ata ako ngayon, dati kasi ako ang nag asikaso sa parents ko sa mga papers nila puntang US, now that I am in the situation na, parang nangangapa na ko..just confused...

follow up question...me separate form ba ng DS230 si 2yr old son ko? di pa rin kasi sya na-aadd sa petition e...

to dovey: I see, so your dad petitioned you, naguluhan din ako dun, kala ko kasi lola mo ang petitioner mo, so under f2a ka nga..pero  bakit nga ganun, dapat me schedule ka na since matagal na pala nabayadan ang $400 mo, tapos 2003 pa ang priority date mo.., your age possibly affects the petition,you might want to check your case and inquire thru NVC.

ahh.. kc i was confused if dpat computerized then print it. 2 form ang ds320 eh. the ds320- I i fill up mo den send it to NVC together with the needed documents while the ds 320 II is filled up during the interview. i think separate kayo ng baby mo. so dalawang ds320 i fill up mo. inquire it nlang din. when na paid yun 400dollars if lampas 2 months na inquire na. but if not wait nlng.

^ah ok, thanks sis! actually nakapag inquire na rin ako sa kanila before to check if nareceive na nila yun Choice of Agent form ko since thru LBC yun, so mga 3days lang yun, then yun nga, nung nagreply naman sila, sakto dumating din yun Notification for IV bill. wala pa naman 1month yun paghihintay ko..1month bago kasi dumating yun last na notice from NVC..kasi naman dapat si hubby na ginawa kong agent para mas mabilis ang dating ng docs.

anyway, siguro nga e dapat e dalawa ang prepare ko..yup sis, part1 and part2 yan, yun part1 lang ang me signature mo, at yun part2 e during interview na...make sure na maphotocopy mo yun filled up form before sending to NVC para kabisado mo lahat ng nilagay mo, as preparation na rin sa interview day mo...alala ko nun pinagfill up ko parents ko, as in nakailang photocopy ako ng blank forms before ko ifinalize sa orig form, e kasi naman kabado ako magfill up, very conscious ako sa spelling at ibang info...kaya nagpractice muna ko sa scratch..mahirap din kasi pag me erasures...

thanx sis. ano ano mga requirements if single bah. just wanna make sure lang. kasama ba petitioner's birth certificate n marriage contract? my petitioner is my dad. kinda confused ako kc nasa states na [textspeak!]. how will i get his documents. question lang if married cla ng mom ko here sa phils. but hindi pa cla divorce or annuled. do i have to submit their marriage contract? but they are separated na for years nah. he is also married there in the US. kinda confused ako.tia

just wanna ask is nbi clearance and police clearance different? kasi i have na nbi. but in the requirement sa instruction sa http://travel.state.gov/visa/immigrants/info/info_3190.html. ask ko lang what a single applicant's requirement. thanks

And are you in petition for immigrant status of unmarried child over 21 by a permanent resident or immigrant?

yun din kasi petition ko unmarried child over 21 by a parent who is an immigrant also. pero according to the VISA BULLETIN: sa case natin, philippine processing of visa number is still at december 1997.

Yup same tayo ng category. Priority date ko di ko sure pero sabi ng dad ko 2005. Case no. ko mnl2001------- tagal na no. Yung mga cousins ko rin 2005 pero wala pang narereceive. Nag-hire na kasi ng lawyer dad ko. I don't know if that helped.

mga sis question po.... i know that you have to submit your NSO birth certificate pag nag aayos na ng papers, right?

Pano pag yung name ko sa birth certificate is different from the name that im using right now? ang pinagamit kasi sa kin ng parents ko is yung nilagay nila sa baptismal certificate ko instead.

What are the proofs that I need to show the immigration that Iam indeed one and the same person? I have with me my baptismal certificate and an affidavit of identification that my dad signed..okay na ba yun o may kailangan pa?

In such case, iaalow ba nila na yung ginagamit ko ng name ngayon ang gamitin ko or they will use the name i have on my birth certificate which would be hard for me kasi lahat ng docs ko is under my baptismal name?

sis, i just recently find out na same kayo ng status ng father ko which is my petitioner. confused din ako kasi one of the requirement yung petitioner's birth certificate. he is using another name instead of the birth certificate. hayyy

help anyone? ano dpat gawin sa case na ganito?? tia

uhm...mukhang complicated ata yun mga case na tulad nito..kasi yung sa kin naman, mali lang ang spelling ng surname ko, talagang need pa namin icorrect yun sa mismong birthplace ko, at ang dami pa naming mga request na ginawa,can't remember na, that was 4yrs ago..that was when i got married at need talaga yung mga ganung case e dapat icorrect kagad, otherwise magkakaron pa rin ng mali sa mga susunod na records sa NSO...

i suggest you go and seek na lang help from NSO or lawyer, pero mukhang mapapamahal pag ganun...anyway, dapat habang maaga, nareresolve na yan...

sis got a question regarding the requirements ng I-130.
a. NSO birth certificate-- original. -- * do i have to get a xerox copy to it?
b. Police Clearance-- what does it means? do i have to submit the nbi clearance lang or pati yung local police clearance? do i have to send them both the original copy and photocopy of it?
c. Passport-- no need to send them yung original right? photocopy lang? lahat ng page ba ng passport or yung may picture na page lang?
d. form d230-- yung school attended ba lahat ng school na uve been? since elementary. kasi palipat-lipat ako ng school. do i have to write down everything?

mga sis pa advise naman kung pano next step namin ng fiance ko..his petition just got approved and we're waiting for his letter na coming from the embassy para sa instructions..immigrant na kasi buong family nya...pano ba gagawin sa akin para makarating din ako dun ...we're planning to get married kasi dun na...pero how do we file for fiance' visa and mga gaano katagal aantayin namin?...pakasal na ba kame dapat bago sya umalis or wag muna?...pls. reply ...

ahh ok sis. thanx talaga. now i am so t**** as in. i did send the d230 form i think na walang signature... hayyy... i was in  a hurry kasi plus i did rewrite it all over again. dont know exactly if i put my signature on it which is important talaga. hayyy... so t**** of me!!! WILL I SEND ANOTHER D230 FORM WITH SIGNATURE NA??
