sis. i fill up ba yung part I and part II sa form ds230? or yung part I lang? kasi i did fill up the part I only. di ko na nafill up yung part 2. sa interview na ba i fill up yun? here i go again. hayyy... nakakalito.

^fifill-upan mo both sis yun, part1 and part2, pero ang lalagyan mo lang ng signature e part1, yun part2 e during the interview na..babalik din naman lahat ng mga sinubmit mong docs sa yo e, sa interview date mo yun lahat makikita i guess..just carefully read all the instructions...

yup. i now understand sis. i called NVC nalang talaga regarding my status. i felt relief talaga. im still covered in the child protection act. and i also inquire about the form d230. so she just told me to send them back the part 2. but then i send them both part 1 and 2 nalang. kasi same thing goes kasi i dont have a signature sa part 1. so its up to them nalang talaga. thanks to the reply sis.

If US Citizen si hubby... before one year andun na ang immediate family na penipetisyon nya. Madali nga lang talaga.

mga sis, ganun ba yon, if a US Citizen hubby petitions his spouse for immigrant visa eh aabot ng 12-24mos?kung non immigrant visa eh 6-9mos lang?confused naman ako, ang alam ko whether immigrant or non immigrant visa ang inapply for the spouse eh 6-9mos lang....kindly enlighten me on this mga sis...thanks

My mom petitioned by my US citizen father naghintay ng 2yrs. I think mas matagal pag US citizen petitioner.

hi mga sisses!
ask ko lang dun sa mga nagfill up ng DS230..magsasubmit na kasi ako..

need pa ba lagyan ng case no. sa upper right hand corner on each page..ang tanda ko kasi nun ako ang nagfill up ng sa parents ko, nilagyan ng case no.kada isang page based dun sa instruction..now, hindi ko makita sa website or sa form kung san nakalagay yun instruction na yun...pls help..TIA

it depends on the consul who will handle your papers.. are you under what petition?

Help naman mga sis.

My friend kasi, nag stay ng 2 years sa US. Tapos umuwi sya dito, pero may blue passport na sya. Bale 6 years na sya dito. Gusto nya bumalik ng US pero expired na kasi blue passport nya. Pag nagrenew ba sya e makakapunta sya ng US agad or kelangan pa dumaan ng immigration? Ayaw kasi sya suportahan ng father nya. Bale pinauwi sya dito kasi sobrang luko luko sya dun. Bale we grew up together kasi same neighborhood kami. Wala na rin kasi sya mahingan ng tulong.

mga sis pa advise naman...my bf just received his letter from the national visa center sa US and it says there no visa numbers available yet for his us...what does that mean? His category is F2B and priority date is 2005...medyo confusing lang...gaano pa ba talaga katagal mag-aantay si bf for his petition?...sabi sa isang isang letter approved...pero pagdating nung isang letter...may delay daw...kelan kaya siya makaka-alis? please please please...i need your replies...we don't know kasi if we need to get a lawyer and if that would help...tia!
