Going to the US: I-130 Petition (Spouse/Immediate Relative)-Part 2

hi sis cha2x, di ako makapagreply sayo kasi newbie lang ako, I-130 din ang sa amin sis, ang alam ko pang spouse yan (K3 sa spouse at K4 sa stepchildren), I-129 ang pang fiancee (K1 and fiancee at K2 ang anak ng fiancee) . Kano po ang second husband ko, ikinasal kami sa pinas last may 17, 2007 tapos july 1st week siya nagfile ng petition, I think November na namin nalaman na approved na ang petition pero wait lang daw kami sa appointment packet, at January na dumating ang appointment, sa St. Luke is March 5 and sa US Embassy March 12 ba yun (im not sure sis nakalimutan ko). Wala namang naging problema sa processing..  totoo po yung may nawawalang documents like what happened to my friend's docs, kasabay ko siya, may appointment na siya (tinawagan ng hubby niya ang US Embassy ng Pinas) pero wala pang packet, kaya pala dahil nawala ang mga documents niya at hindi nila alam ang address ng friend ko. Naresolba naman agad after nagsend na naman ng panibagong docs doon sa Embassy. Sa awa ng Diyos okey naman ang resulta ng Medical at nang interview after 2 days may visa na kami. So in less than a year from the date of the application, andito na kami sa States. Ang alam ko sis pag okey ang result ng medical exam at wala namang probs sa documents, (dapat KUMPLETO) walang magagawa talaga ang Consul. Hindi niya pwedeng ideny ang spouse o kahit fiancee ng isang US Citizen pero pwede niyang mapatagal ang prosseso pag medyo duda ang Consul sayo.

ang tagal din pala ng process ng k3-k4... hindi nalang kami siguro mag ganun kasi dagdag gastos na magaantay din naman matagal..ok na samin yung I-130 para immigrant na agad at wala ng kaylangan ayusin pagdating sa US..

^ Sabi ni hubby sis I-130 at K3 ay  pareho lang po, K4 ay yung sa mga anak ko. I-129 para sa fiancee (K1) at kung may anak an fiancee, K2. Mapa I-130 o I-129 parehong merong aasikasuhin dito sis like yung vaccination, kuha ng SSN at green card, sa palagay ko pareho lang.. sa palagay ko lang po ha.

^thanks sis sa reply..ang tagal din ngapala ng K3/K4..akala ko nung una e parang tourist lang na mag aapply since non-immigrant  naman ang category nito. hindi sila sis magkapareho ang I-130 kasi pag ito ginamit mo, automatic,immigrant ka na pagdating sa US, unlike pag mga K visa, non-immigrant pa rin status mo, then pag naging current na yun application, saka ka mag aadjust ng status sa US...

yap tama si cha cha..kaylangan pa magadjust talaga ng status..unlike dun sa hindi mag-k3 it takes time nga lang pero automatic immigrant kana...

^ ah okey mga sisses, confused tuloy ako hehe, kasi non-immigrant nga ang appointment letter namin pero pagdating namin sa embassy nabelong na kami sa immigrant, at saka pagdating namin sa immigration ng SFO airport pinapila kami sa may immigrant na pila eh  if i remember  it right... hmmm, anyways, kung ko sa inyo i-enjoy na muna ninyo ang pinas hehe, im sure mamimiss ninyo everything pag andito na kayo, ako nga eh, naiyak na lang ng lihim dito hehe, hindi pa kasi nakapag-adjust. ^yup sis, sa immigrant ka nga pipila, this is according din sa USCIS, dun ko nabasa sa website nila, na although non-immigrant yun application mo, sa immigrant line ka pa rin pipila

well, i guess, we just have to wait.wait.and wait...kakainip na minsan,buti na lang me baby kami

question lang po kung ilang weeks bago ma recieve yung NOA1..kasi yung hubby ko nag file ng petittion last april 26 until now wala pa yung NOA1 namin...matagal ba yun?? thanks!!!

sometimes within 2 weeks or a month.. depende kasi yun sa dami ng prinoprocess nila.. when my mom applied for my brothers petition.. it took 3 months before we got the NOA1.. then yung nagapply ulit kami ng another petition.. mga 2 weeks lang meron  na..

pero sa case to case lang naman iyon..
sis clarify ko lang, yung hubby mo nasa us then he's petitioning you from pinas?

usually after NOA1 walang gagawin yung petitioner.. hihintayin niyo lumabas yung NOA2.. dun na kailangan yung petitioner coz magsisign siya ng affidavit of support, etc...

well,thanks God kasi akala ko may aasikasuhin pa siya pagdating ng NOA1..
he's in san diego pero ang nakalagay na residense dun is sa alaska kasi dun [textspeak!] sila nkatira...nag work [textspeak!] siya sa san diego..
but when he file a petition he's in S.D....

HI everyone... I'm a newbie here... I find this site very helpful for someone like me who don't know and confused regarding all the requirements... evidence... etc. etc. etc.

I'm hoping some of you can help me out on my questions help ...

My husband who is a lawful permanent resident of the United States (he came there just Feb2007 and came back and marry me Oct.2007)
Now he wants to file a petition for me and our 3 children (10, 5 and 4 yrs. old)
Here's my questions:

1. In G-325A form, my husband (applicant) have to answer this form? How about me, do I have to have another G-325A form and answer it?
2. If I have to answer form G-325A, my problem is my fathers name on my birth certificate is different from my marriage certificate...
So I don't know what name will I write.. the one who's in my birth certificate or the one who's on my marriage certificate...
My father died when I was one year old so I can't ask him what should I do.
3. In evidence of bonafide marriage, do he need to include our pictures on our wedding day? Wedding invitation?

I will appreciate all your replies.

only the applicant should fill out the form.  also, your husband may call the National Customer Service Center at 1-800-375-5283 for more information.

^ Sis yung samin na  G325A same kami ng hubby ko nagpasa. Pag isa lang  ma-RFE iyan (Request for Evidence).   [textspeak!] sa evidence of  bonafide marriage yung samin kasi marriage contract  at  2 wedding photos. Sis may site na tungkol talaga sa visa ang topic.
