Chowking the best talaga sa kakulangan ng customer service. Kumain kami ng mommy ko sa may dapitan branch kasi gutom na kami and hahanap pa kami ng books. Dalawa pila pero pinalipat sa pila namin yung isang pila at sila inuna! Tapos nung turn ko na, i asked yung chao fan at may siomai. Tinanong ako kung pork siomai sabi ko yes. At chinese style chicken. Ano daw ba gusto naming drinks kasi pineapple na lang meron. So i asked to be sure kung wala na talagang softdrinks. Wala na daw. I thought iba pa yung nai cha sa sinasabi nyang wala ng drinks kasi di naman usual, so i asked kung pwede nai cha na lang. pinagtawanan pa ako at inulit na WALA NA NGA PONG IBANG DRINKS.

Wtf. Then nung nagbayad ako, may php8 daw ba ako at sabi ko wala. Di talaga kinuha nung manager yung bayad ko. AKO PA PALA ANG MAGHAHANAP NO? Talagang tinignan ko sya ng matagal. Mahaba haba kaming nagtitigan at ngiting aso sya. Wtf.

Binigay na chicken sakin, sunog. Sabi ng mommy ko papalitan. Sa inis ko, nilakasan ko boses ko na "WAG NA. MAGSASARA NA KASI TONG CHOWKING NA TO" napatingin lang sakin yung manager. Wala syang kwenta.

Then pagtingin namin sa chao fan, walang siomai. Ni hindi nilagay sa receipt.

Kung gusto nyo ma-highblood sa galit at inis, dyan kayo kumain sa chowking. karamihan ng branch nila. San joaquin pasig lang yata yung maganda service na napuntahan ko.

That was weird.  Hindi man lang siniguradong may magaasikaso sa counter ng frenchbaker.  Super like ko pa naman ng mga turnovers nila. I feel bad for the owner, I hope ma-inform mo ang management nila with the date and all they would know what their staff does.

French Baker Trinoma

Since maikli lang pila last night I decided to line up for the 50% off sale ng bread. May nagcocomplain sa harap so ang tagal ng pila. I decided to ask my companion to pay for the bread while I pay for the groceries. Kaya pala nagcocomplain sa harap hindi lahat ng bread 50% off!! Ayun yung isa naming bread na nabili full price! Na-check ko na receipt pauwi na kami haaay. Kawawa naman yung iba na nagpay din ng full price. Kaya check your receipt if you decide na bumili sa 50% off ng french baker.

VERY BAD service sa Mang Inasal in Valero! we waited for almost 1 hour para sa 2 chicken inasal take-out orders namin... to think na di pa rush hour yun ha! We arrived wala pang tao, then may mga sumunod na samin na dine-in customers & nauna pa nila i-serve. Tapos na sila kumain, we haven't received our orders. Nakakailang follow up na kami pero parang di nagmamadali yung staff nila. Nakaka-badtrip. The manager doesn't seem to care either.

Thumbs up! The service crew are all attentive. The manager even gave us 2 dessert voucher that was worth 300+ each voucher.

matyagan mo na lang mabuti ang paghandle ng food mo pag bibili ka doon. pangalawang sbarro na itong palpak sa akin. yung una, yung branch sa ayala. nalaglag na yung garlic bread, tuloy pa din ang lagay sa plato. nung sinita, nakatulala lang. nakakainis.hahaha

To be fair with frenchbaker trinoma, the 50% off advertised is really done to attract customers to finish off their stocks.  Unless they advertised 50% off on all our items, that's the time that customers can really complain.

Kenny Rogers Megamall and Galleria

...we go here often kasi bihira talaga yung may gulay na fast food at saka yung roasted ang chicken (rather than fried).  kaya lang 4 out of 5 times, palaging may mali sa order namin.  we don't normally mind, hindi na nga kami nagrereklamo. kaya lang talagang kahit ilang beses kami umulit, talagang palaging may maili. tuwing pumupunta kami, nagpupustahana na kami ni boyfie kung merong mali ulit, and sure enough, palaging panalo sa pustahan ang pumusta na magkakaron ng mali.

Good service: Paseo Uno, Mandarin Hotel

Though there is no fois gras today, I'm happy to be back. Food is great so far, I'm having smoked salmon and blue cheese muna. Then I'll devour the steak that looks delicious over the counter. Waiter remembered us and was very courteous as usual. I highly recommend this place

They advertised 50% off all to their items at that time to finish off their stocks. In fact, when 2 buyers complain after getting their receipt that they paid full price to several items they corrected it.

I was not able to have mine corrected because I'm on my way home already when I checked the receipt.

Teriyaki Boy at Trinoma

Konti lang ang diners, pero yung staff parang walang nakikita pag tinatawag mo. I asked for water, the waitress (or was it the manager?) put up her hand, then didn't come back. Walang kagana-gana yung staff mag-serve. Hay nako I'm never going back to the Trinoma branch of Teriyaki Boy again!

Slice High Street
- not so attentive & approachable yung staff. parang masungit yung dating e tapos medyo di nila alam how to talk to the customer properly (or yung mas ok na pag-approach) if kunwari sasabihin nila na wala yung item na yun or wala ng available seat... Sana since may pagka-cafe ang style ng resto, maging mas friendly sila, like mga barista in Starbucks or the likes.

1. Chowking Tarlac
My dad's employee got food poison nun sa Christmas Party nila kasi they ordered yung set menus nila. Dati pa to ngayon ko lang naalala. Sobrang stress lang kasi magpapasko nun. Kawawa yung mga tao. Although they paid naman for the hospitalization.

2. SM North Edsa- Terikayi Boy
We frequent Teriyaki Boy sa Eastwood kaya dissapointed kami sa service ng Teriyaki Boy SM North-Annex. Humihingi kami ng water and iced tea dinadaandaanan lang kami. Kapag tinatawag mo walang naririnig. Wala tuloy silang tip. Im usually generous sa ganun. Hindi ko naman ineexpect na kapag naubos yung iced tea eh automatic na silang magrefill (although yung iba ganun ka attentive), pero sana naman kapag tinawag na sila eh wag naman snob!

Pumunta kami dito ng lunch galing kaming dfa so gutom na gutom kami. Madami kaming inorder kasama na yung hototai. Pagdating ng hototai as in walang lasa parang pinakuluang tubig lang. So si SIL tinawag yung waiter pinabalik yung soup mabait pa si SIL nun. Ilang mins.pumunta yung manager samen sabi ganun daw talaga lasa ng hototai nila. Sa inis ni SIL sabi niya sa manager "buti may kumakain pang customer dito". Sungit pa nung manager, sayang laki pa naman magtip ni SIL.

^ i think baka kailangan lang ng training, para yung approach nila eh fit para sa "cafe" i suggest magpa-reserve ka para sure.. coz nung time na andun kami puno sila, weird din kasi seating parang konti coz madaming couch so di mo mauurong mga table to make more customers fit.

Sa italianni's kami naglunch sa BHS, good service (buti na lang), matigas ang spag ng daughter ko pinalitan agad. Walang daming hassle, pinalitan agad.

antagal nun food we ordered walang complicado sa order namin we only got 2 chicken lauriats. i dont know whats taking them so long kaya we decide na take out nalang. eto talaga epic fail.. walang toyomansi pero may chili kasi i ask and got charged extra for that. at walang spoon & fork.  poor poor service!

Great service once again from the Hyatt Hotel's Market Cafe! I'm really impressed with their service - first time a few months ago we went there to have lunch; kanina naman dinner buffet with my hubby and my girl friends. Kahit ang daming tao, very attentive ang staff and very courteous. That's how all people in the service/hotel/restaurant industry should be - kaya ang sarap magbigay ng generous tip kanina hehe
