Btw, sobrang bastos rin nun sa BHS may kaka-order lang (we've been waiting for our food mga 20mins na) paglabas ng order namin dun agad nilagay sa table nun kakaorder lang (kahit kinuha ko na atensyon nun staff).

Conti's Trinoma- their staff is really attentive. usually you need to call the attention pa to refill bottomless drinks pero they initiate refill. mothers day din so sobrang daming tao so i expected na magulo ang service pero it was really okay.

Little Asia Greenhills- aside from super sarap ng food, eh mababait din ang staff dito. they were kind enough to offer the promo for the citibank kahet di namen nasabi na we will pay through that. usually kasi kapag nakalimutan mong sabihen yun, di na nila inaacknowledge

Tea 101- i always buy here pero once yung staff nila nagkagulo sa mga order. i ordered 3 caramel milk teas for my siblings. pagdating ko sa bahay walang kalasa lasa (mapait na parang walang sugar or milk, parang tubig na may konting flavor). Nung sinabe ko kinabukasan, dedma lang sila. Pasalamat sila at sila ang pinakamalapit sa amin kaya hanggang ngayon I still buy there.

Not so happy with circles, makati Shang. The foreign manager/ supervisor came up to us and offered some wine. We just asked for water and he didn't get back with any. 2 other Filipino waiters came and asked what we wanted, but still, we asked from the foreigner and he should have serviced us.

To think we just came from the events dept to settle the Downpayment for our 2013 wedding at makati shang

"Sorry but can you change my drink to another flavor, this is too sweet for me". The stupid barista just told me, "Sorry maam we cannot do that because it will be charged to us". I was really controlling my temper but I cannot make a scene because I was alone.

Naku, sis, hindi talaga tama na sabihin sa customer na "i-cha-charge sa amin ang ganito, ganyan...". Off yun! Ang bait mo pa at nakapagpigil ka pa.

I dunno if my post will be appropriate for this thread. I am just disappointed by how I was treated.

I am currently looking for a venue for my friend's bridal shower.  I called Victoria Court Escarpment Branch.  A certain Almira answered my call and tried to transfer me to another personnel who is in a better position to answer my inquiries.  My call was just rerouted to her after 3 or 4 attempts.  Almira just gave me IYA ALBA's (the one in-charge) cellphone # instead (****-2867377. talagang ipinost ko!).  I called the said # but a rude and unprofessional lady answered me. Nag-confirm naman siya na siya nga yung taga Victoria Court. Akala ko kasi I just dialed a wrong #. Then after I mentioned all my inquiries, she just rudely asked (in a palengkera tone), "sino ba 'to?".  I told her that Almira referred me to her and gave me her # but she hang up on me.

Nakakainis lang kasi I keep on addressing her as "ma'am" then she would treat me that way. Nakakainis!!! Ang bastos!!! Gusto ko lang mag-vent...

Oh my, really?  I soo love that restaurant, but I never really tried using their restroom.

^Yup sis. To be fair, minsan lang naman yun, closing na. Pero kahit na di ba? I've been here maybe more than 5x na. And yun nga, minsan, andumi dumi dumi talaga ng restroom nila.

Tapos nung Saturday, ewan ko ba, hindi masyadong maayos yung water na binigay. Parang dugyot yung baso.

Max's Restaurant

Service was great. I was actually surprised how good it was. Marami bang part-time crew working at Max's? Their service crew looked young eh. Half-way pa lang ako sa iced tea ko, refill agad. Kaka-start ko lang i-roll ketchup bottle to put on my plate, may lumapit agad to do it for me, para daw hindi matalsikan damit ko. Now that's what I call service

Excellent service at Alba Westgate, Alabang branch last weekend. We used Deal Grocer vouchers pero no hassle, and definitely no discrimination with the way the staff treated us. They even admitted that their blue marlin wasn't that fresh anymore, when my dad-in-law tried to order a blue marlin dish ala carte - so Dad was spared from having to eat not-so-fresh fish.

Thumbs UP : THE OLD SPAGHETTI HOUSE - Robinsons Place Manila, in a month more or less 5 times kami nagdidinner dito. Aside from masarap ang food especially desserts, service is always great.

Thumbs DOWN : CHOWKING, as usual mabagal ang service nila lalo na nung nagpunta kami ng Vigan. Grabe! Madaming tao, madami rin naman silang staffs pati manager nila gumagalaw na. Yet ang bagal pa rin talaga. Ilang customer na ang nabigyan ng order pero yung samin kulang pa. Kung sino pang nahuli sa line, nauna pang mabigyan ng order. Sa sobrang tagal, pumunta na sa counter yung friend ko at paulit-ulit ng nagtanong ng order dahil mahuhuli na kami sa bus.

^naalala ko tuloy sis yung bad service experience din namin sa Chowking SM Batangas. We were in a hurry that time kasi naghihintay na sis ko sa car, she didn't park na kasi we had to go home right away...sumaglit lang ako sa Chowking for some siopao, halo-halo, and siomai. After mga 10 minutes (for those items lang ha, and walang masyadong tao that time sa restaurant!) - lumapit na ako sa counter to follow up the order, and nakita ko may items na nakalagay lang dun na mukhang yung order ko. Yung halo-halo, natunaw na. I asked the staff if yun yung order # ko, tinignan lang ako. I repeated the question sa ibang staff 3x more - nagtinginan lang at ichcheck daw. After 5 more minutes, I located a girl na parang naka-manager's uniform, na nakikichika sa friend nya sa may dining area and asked for assistance. Medyo annoyed pa face nya but she asked her staff to help me. Ayun naiayos din ang food for me to go, but I can't help saying to the manager na, "Thank you, pero that was really bad customer service."

yesterday, it was still 6:30 pm, i was at the counter, siguro mga 5 minutes na akong naka-tayo, walang crews, parang nasa loob silang lahat, na parang may nagre-reklamong mga crew kasi i overheard them saying "g@g0  talaga yung isang yun, magre-resign na nga ako blah blah blah" ... so i was still standing there ... then bigla, from under the counter, may biglang tumayo na crew [lalaki], tapos parang may kinalabit na kasama [si cashier-girl] "ma'am good evening po." [so ang tagal ko ng naka-tayo, at nasa ilalim lang pala sila ng counter at nagkwe-kwentohan?!] ... so i asked, for spag bolognese, hindi na raw available  ... so instead of rambling over the menu, i asked kung anong pasta na lang ang available for hubby, "spicy seafood" daw, so i ordered for one. then for me, chicken ala king, sabi niya, "ma'am hindi na po kasi available yung crust for ala king" then i said, "so hindi na din available?" .. sumagot naman, "ok lang po ba na egg roll na lang po" + coke. -- so "ok" ... i returned to our table ... after a few minutes, ayan nanaman may naririnig nanaman kaming nagmu-mura ng "g@g0" nasa loob na silang lahat ... kapag may dumarating na customer, naghihintay pa ng ilang minutes, kasi nga nasa loob silang lahat ...

then my order came, so far ok naman. hubby's order came, spicy seafood, wala man lang toppings na parmesan cheese/parsely ... then hubby politely asked for a parmesan cheese sa cashier-waiter ... what she did isinigaw lang doon sa loob like "oi, cheese daw, hindi mo nilagyan ng cheese" ... since sobrang spicy ng pasta, to balance it, kailangan ng cheese, mga 10 minutes past na, wala pa ding cheese! e yung cashier-waiter, pabalik-balik lang sa mga tables, kasi naglilinis lang din siya ng mga tables.

hindi na naka-tiis si hubby, nagpunta na siya sa counter. and asked for cheese. mga 2 minutes pa siguro, bago dumating yung cheese, pagdating ng cheese, ang sabi ni hubby "maraming salamat ha" -- no reaction from the cashier-waiter.

then nagparinig si hubby, mag-resign na lang kayo kung ganyan ang serbisyo ninyo.

super love namin service dito kasi yung mga waiter pag nakita na wala ka na water rereffill na nila agad. mabilis din service nila

Bad Service-Rai Rai Ken SM dasma

actually hindi naman super bad kaso siguro nasanay kami ni bf na kumai nsa resto na maganda service (and a day before kami kumain dito kumain kami sa Cafe Mary Grace). nung nakuha na namin bill inask ko si bf if mag tip kami kasi walang service charge sabi nya wag na daw mabagal service tsaka nakita na daw walang laman yung baso namin hindi man lang lagyan ng water.

sbarro festival mall alabang - pinatake out namin yung pizza na di halos nagalaw. may dumaan na crew so pinakisuyo na namin sa kanya na pakibalot. pinanood ng asawa ko yung crew na pinakisuyuan namin. ang ginawa daw, pinatong sa isang tabi yung food (malapit sa counter) then dumampot ng knife sa mga gamit nang kubyertos na niligpit nya sabay pinanghawi sa pizza na pinatake out namin sa foil nila. paglapit sa amin, pinagsabihan ng asawa ko na sana man lang e kumuha ng bagong knife panglipat sa food. tumatanggi pa ang crew, di daw sya doon kumuha ng knife sa gamit na. kaso napanood talaga ng asawa ko lahat ng ginawa nya kaya ininsist naming mali sya. sinabi din namin sa manager pero ang manager, walang kalatoy-latoy ang reaction sa reklamo namin. ang ending, tinapon na lang namin yung pizza.

matyagan mo na lang mabuti ang paghandle ng food mo pag bibili ka doon. pangalawang sbarro na itong palpak sa akin. yung una, yung branch sa ayala. nalaglag na yung garlic bread, tuloy pa din ang lagay sa plato. nung sinita, nakatulala lang. nakakainis.hahaha
