- Dec 26, nag-order ako in advance ng dalawang cakes for new year sana.. (i didn't want to wait in line on a holiday and i didn't want to take chances kasi ubusan ng stock).. i specified that i wanted the cake ready for pickup on dec 31 10AM.. i initially wanted it Dec30 pero sabi nung staff baka pede Dec31 nalang.. nag-bargain pa! o di sige.. i made it clear na dapat by 10AM makukuha na order ko kasi may flight ako 2PM the same day.. umokey naman sila.. and then come Dec 31, nung pipick-upin ko na,  to my horror, hindi pa daw ready! pumila kami ng pagkahaba-haba for that b*tch of a cake only to be told wala pa daw.. omigod! na-highblood talaga ako nun.. even if i wanted to wait sa branch nila, i couldn't kasi mag-iimpake pa ko.. so i asked for a manager pero wala daw so i don't know kung sinong pontio pilato yung nakausap namin.. basta someone in charge din sa branch.. i demanded na i-deliver nila yung cake sa place namin before 12nn.. (we are just 10mins away) at first sabi nila hintayin nalang daw namin kasi nasa rockwell na naman daw on the way na yung order.. but i insisted so wala na sila nagawa..

so i waited in the condo.. 12 na wala pa din.. i made several follow-up pero puro lies ang sinasabi sa min.. napaka-inconsistent nila.. sabi kukunin palang daw sa rockwell.. 2 hours ago ganon sbai nila.. 2 hrs later, rockwell pa din? or nipa-pack pa daw.. they came up with so many excuses.. we texted the manager and the nerve sabihin ba naman "wala mangyayari kung puro panic tayo.." he didn't sound apologetic.. no empathies.. who wouldn't panic may flight ako ng 2PM dapat 12nn paalis na ko going to the airport.. binaba ko na luggage ko sa reception and waited there nalang para pagdating ng cake, alis na agad straight to the airport.. pa-special talaga sila!! dumating cakes ko almost 1 na.. i didn't hear any sorry.. i didn't get the complimentary bread na ni-promise nila!!

good thing i still made it to my flight.. i was really worried kasi it's a holiday and during holidays, mahaba pila sa airport..

bad service - red ribbon jupiter branch. tagal nila mag-serve, kahit rice aabutin pa ng 15 minutes. pag humingi ka ng water, aabutin din ng siyam siyam. ang dami namang crew dun pero ewan ko ba pag ganun sila. minsan nga sa inis ko, talagang pinuntahan ko yung area where the utensils and napkins are located at ako na mismo kumuha, kasi kahit yung mga yun, tagal pa din mabigay. hay, naku nakakadala sila!

^^^ako pag bumibili sa breadtalk iniisip ko na lang yung bread kasi sa 3 branches na napupuntahan ko (glorietta, moa and trinoma) lahat masusungit ang nasa cashier. 1 pa lang pleasant na experience ko yung sa powerplant mall sa rockwell d naman ako madalas dun.

excellent service at pizza hut bistro in sm marikina.  i like going there because the waiters are not only attentive but are pleasant too, hindi yung parang pilit or fake. good job sa managers nila.

Bad service: Teriyaki Boy BF Homes.

Last Saturday, Boyfriend and I originally wanted to dine at Sizzling Pepper Steak but the resto was full so we landed at Teriyaki Boy which is beside them. Anyway, we ordered for Beef Gyuniku, Salmon Teriyaki and Gyoza. The server said we wait for 15-20 minutes.

After 30 minutes, there came the gyoza. Ok so.. naubos na gyoza. Wala pa din main course. I was getting irritated kasi mag oone hour na gutom na kami. Si bf, calm pa. Tapos nairita na talaga ako mga 3x na ako nagffollow up. Tapos naririnig na ng mga katabing tables yung galit ko. Tapos sabi ko kay bf, "tara na umalis na tayo! wag na naten bayaran to!". Tapos kinausap ni bf yung waiter sabi 4 minutes daw.

After mga 10-15mins, wala pa din. Tumayo na ako sabi ko lets go na! Tapos there goes the beef gyuniku, sabi nung waiter, "mam andito na po order nyo". Sabi ko, "So, sya lang kakain? wag na! aalis na kami". Tapos syempre sabi padating na daw isang order.

Galit na galit na talaga ako sa kanya gusto kong itapon yung pagkain sa mukha nya. Si bf hinanap yung manager. Sabi nung manager sorry daw kasi nasira yung gawaan nila ng rice blah blah. Sabi ni bf, "sinabihan nyo ba kami?" Sumagot pa manager"sinabihan ko po yung staff ko na sabihan mga customer". Sabi ni bf" Sige nga isa isahin naten lahat ng table na to kung nasabihan sila! Sana nasabihan kami kagad diba sira na tuloy schedule namin!"

The manager offered to give the food complimentary but bf refused since he feels bad daw kasi feeling nya nakakalamang sya. They gave us discount instead. Pero kung ako yun, di ko na talaga babayaran para matuto sila!

GLORIA MARIS THE BLOCK - POOR, BAD, WORSE, WORST SERVICE KAKAINIS!

I wish I was following this thread noon pa para nabasa ko before that may negative comment about them. Hubby wanted to treat his family yesterday kasi, went to the The Block without any particular restaurant in mind. Then saw Gloria Maris, decided to eat there na lang kasi we're avid fans of Greenhills branch. And we love pecking duck.

It was 4pm and so ang konti ng tao, only 3 tables were occupied including us.
My in laws ordered for soup & dimsum - which naturally should come first right? But did not happen ever. They gave us rice & viand first. So I did the follow up. Ok , they gave the soup - but it was not what we ordered! So since late na at mali pa, pina-cancel ko. Then I asked for XO sauce, and I can't believe that they have no idea at all on what that sauce is (even the manager!). Just when I was about to eat my last scoop of rice, the dimsum was served - & I was like - tapos na kaming kumain!!!!!!!!!! KElan ba yun dapat i-serve.?? I was lloking for our waiter who took our order, pero wala na daw. Break time na - why assign a waiter when in fact, after 15 minutes pala e break time na niya.

hay naku super bad experience, nakakalungkot. Will  never go back there. always sa greenhills na lang forever.

AGAVE- bad service, will not come back ever to this restaurant/bar. We just had our dinner there. Every time we ask for something we have to repeat ourselves five times. FIVE fre*king times!!! Not once, not twice... but 5x. Then while ordering, it is as if, the food attendant doesn't hear you. S/he will completely ignore your order and will go ahead and suggest something else. Then  you havge to repeat yourself again and again till it gets in their heads what you want. Total disappointment. The food is not even authentic mexican.

I think it all began with the pretentious resto name... tequila na lang kasi. LOL

Savory Robinsons metro east- hands on talaga yung manager eh,alaga lahat ng customer. bilis at fresh ang food.

BAD SERVICE:
Jollibee cybermall eastwood- they dont know the true and literal meaning of FASTFOOD!! yung counter nila for food laging walang laman.

super slow service din na-experience namin sa BF Homes branch nila. Grabe!! parang sa sobrang tagal ang lamig na nung mga sine-serve. We arrived mga 11:45am, then nakalabas kami almost 2 pm na.. ang bilis na namin kumain nun, yugn pag-serve ang super tagal

experience ko naman ng bad service sa pancake house na malapit sa enterprise makati.umorder ako ng soup then si hubby, fried chicken.lagpas 30 minutes na wala pa din si chicken.gulat kami kasi yung table na nauna pa kami, dumating na order nilang chicken.yung sa min wala pa din so nainis na si hubby..yun pala yung order namin, dun sa kabilang table naserve.lulutuin pa lang daw uli yung para sa min.wala man lang kaming sorry na natanggap.  nilayasan na nga namin.

sa superbowl of china nangaaway ng customer yung crew. may nakita kasing hayop/insekto don sa food ng katabi naming table. ang lakas ng boses hanggang sa inawat na lang sila.

what we do pag wala pa yung order namin...we ask the passing crew/waiter "te/kuya, pa-follow-up naman ng order namin kung malamig na baka pwede niyo ng iserve" LOL

ate at conti's serendra branch again a few wks ago and i'm really disappointed with them. the first time we ate there we were already a bit disappointed with the way they do things there. super bagal ng service nila, we were just sitting on the table waiting for someone to take our orders, but it took them more than 10mins to do that! then we waited for about 45mins for our food! halos mawalan na kami ng gana to eat! and yung crew that was attending to us (gay), super sungit! nakasimangot pa when we told him lipat kami ng table next to us, sa may couch, kasi mas malaki. super sikip don sa table namin! pero i cant forget his face, gusto kong tapunan ng tubig!  takot lang ako sungitan siya coz they might do something icky sa food namin 

the second time we ate there, i was thinking baka okay na this time, but it's still the same old routine! grabe talaga! i wont eat there na!

sa restaurants na may good customer service favorite ko ang Gumbo (especially the one on The Block) and Tong Yang.

the fact that Tong Yang doesn't even have a service charge makes me appreciate them more. kaya i always leave them a tip and i see to it that even my 2-year old son says "thank you kuya/ate" whenever they attend to us.

At Go Greek wala pang 8pm ubos na yung rice eh gusto pa naman ni hubby yun. Sa akin ok lang kahit potato. Tapos I wanted to  order the lamb chop platter wala na daw sabi ko "bakit naman ganun?" sabi nila
 "mam actually one month na po wala"
"eh one month na pala wala dapat tinatakpan niyo na yan sa menu list"
haay last night ang daming mga not available di ko alam kung ganun lagi sila or natyempohan ko lang.

^ di yata sila ganun kadami magstock sis.. sa dami ng umoorder, karaniwan talaga pag palapit na 8pm, dami ng wala.. try mo next time around 6pm pumunta, halos kumpleto pa..

bad service at max's - waltermart makati. actually, madalas naman kami sa branch na yon pero kanina talagang palpak sila. yung inorder ko special oriental lumpia, after 30 minutes dumating fresh lumpiang ubod. sabi ko, "i ordered the special oriental lumpia." sabi nung waiter, "yan ho kasi ang naka-punch." problema ko ba yon? eh hindi naman yun ang inorder ko. tapos, habang hinihintay kong dumating yung order ko, binigyan ako ng sukli, about P250. grabe! hindi pa nga ako nakakakain at nagbabayad may sukli na agad! di ko alam kung matatawa ako o maaasar.

went last weekend sa megamall sa kiosk nila don I was about to pay for 3 tubs of popcorn when may narinig akong ineentertain yung guy na salesperson and he said parmesan lang ang available na free taste! samantalang the girl who entertained offered me almost 5 variants ng free taste kaya nga 3 yung bibilin ko dapat. na-OFF ako and did not end up buying the 3 tubs dahil nangmamata yung lalake na yun.
