BAD BAD BAD service ng Slice n' Dice SM Sta Rosa. ilan beses ako kumain dun at nagbigy ng chance na baka mababago but wala talaga. 

ang inoorder at binabalikan ko lang kase dun eh yung cheesy garlic mussels. upon ordering sinasabi ko na agad LAGI na wag lalagyan ng garlic yung mussels. butter and cheese lang. the same cashier na lagi nandun eh lagi sinasabi na "opo mam" then instruct yung cook sa kitchen then the cook will nod. pag nakaupo na kami, lalapit yung staff at sasabihin na "mam may garlic na po talaga, di na natanggal".  bakit pa ko nag instruct at bakit pa siya umoo kung sila din masusunod?! then yung kitchen kase nila eh may window, ilan beses ko nahuli yung mga dishwasher and cooks na nagbubulungan at titingin sa direction ko. kahit na tinititigan ko na with matching taas ng kilay, tawanan pa din. parang nakakaloko talaga  gave them 5 chances with me getting the same experience so NEVER na ko babalik dun.

Bad service din ang Dulcinea Greenbelt but I was too tired to freak out. One, parang tamad na tamad ang mga waiters magserve. Two, when we asked for house water and straw (ayoko kasi uminom directly sa glass), aba binagsak nung waiter yung straw sa basong iinuman ko. As in yung pag lagay niya, patapon. At wala pang tissue. Yucky na bastos pa!

I just asked the other tamad waiter to change my glass and told him what the other did. Hindi siya nag-sorry pero binigyan niya ako ng bagong glass na may straw na. Parang gusto ko sabihin nun, parang ganyan din yung ginawa nung isa and difference lang hindi ko nakitang nilagay mo yung straw.

The nerve of the bastos waiter to ask bakit ayaw ko yung tubig ko kanina. And when I answered, still no sorry.

had dinner here a few hours ago..pagpasok pa lang,may greeting na from the guard tapos prompt din sila sa pagbigay ng menu..polite din yung mga waiters and would even give you house water kahit di ka humingi..mabilis din naman ang pag-serve ng food and they would ask if you need anything else..tapos walang service charge sa bill,san ka pa? nag-tip naman kami

good service: Burger King @ SM Dasma Branch

feel ko parati akong welcome sa lugar nila =) suki ba naman hehe...tapos one time gulat na lang ako ng ooffer sila ng distilled water sa mga customers as in isa 2x nila binigyan, na nakalagay sa plastic cup...

bibihira kasi yung ganun ngayon, na kailangan mo pa pmunta or huminge ng water, tapos minsan yung tubig pa na iibgay yung parang sa gripo lang ata hehe...

Banned resto na sakin ang Mangan at SM Moa. Hay nako, yung order ko, pork adobo lang, sobrang tagal pa. Almost an hour bago iserve. Mga 8 kami ng mga kasama ko nun. My goodness, kami na nga lang yung kumakain dun sobrang tagal pa ng service. Buti sana kung sobrang daming tao at natataranta na sila sa dami ng orders, eh hindi naman. Then when our orders came, napakaliit ng serving. Hindi reasonable ang price at hindi accommodating ang waiters. I swear not to eat there anymore.

bad service:  brooklyn pizza at ortigas (julia vargas)

one of my favorites pa naman pizzas nila, but ever since sumikat na sila, parang hassle na yung service.  pag andun ka, patagalan talaga sa pag serve ng pizza mo (more than the usual if you have to wait for a new pizza), mauuna pa maserve yung order of the person who came in after you.

sa deliveries naman ay parang nananadya yung mga tao.  nagpadeliver kami nung biggest size.  after sobrang tagal wala pa.  when we followed it up, aba parang di mahanap ang order, nung nahanap, MEDIUM daw.  whaat? so we had it cancelled and ordered from yellow cab (yum!). well guess what, pag dating ng yellow cab, sabay dating din ng brooklyn. i called them again and asked to talk to the manager to ask bakit dumating pa yung guy nila, nung inabot ng staff yung phone, narinig ko, "ma'm yung nagpacancel po kanina." sus! nakakainis kasi alam na nila na cancelled pero pinadala pa rin. kawawa yung rider nagpagod sa wala.

Conti's at Serendra - I don't know what happened but service at this establishment has deteriorated.  Mabagal ang service - we had to follow up 3x so that we can have the bottle of wine we ordered; it took them 15 minutes to uncork a bottle of wine, hehe.

I had to remind my server (okay, trainee siya kaya mapapagbigyan ko this time) twice to serve my turtle pie na kasi I was done with my meal.  Haay, buti na lang hindi ako masungit last night.

di masarap sa amici t. morato lately..parang hindi fresh yung pizza, and microwaved ang lasagna last night...though understandable kasi had a fire incident yung building pero still...sana wag na lang magserve. waste of money.

^^d na kami nagko-conti's sa serendra marose, puros take away lang pag sa branch na yan kasi baka ma-HB lang ako. Kada dumadaan kami natataon na may nakikipagdiskusyon sa guard or sa wait staff. Last week nung bumili ako ng cheese puffs may customer na papalabas ng pinto kinakausap sarili nya water lang raw pagkatagal-tagal pa.

Serye Cafe Filipino at Eastwood - thumbs up for good service!  The servers were solicitous without hovering.  The girl who took our order did not bat an eyelash when hubby and I told her that we're splitting the half boneless chicken and ordered extra rice - as in, yun lang order namin coz we weren't that hungry.  Friendly pa rin siya kahit yun lang order namin.   Mabilis dumating ang food and when we asked for extra peanut sauce, agad-agad sila nagbigay ng extra sauce.  Sana ganyan lahat ng restos.

Bad Service

Cibo ( Alabang Town Center) - After several sips of my hubby with his iced tea, i noticed a floating mosquito, he was so thirsty that he never bothered checking it beforehand, i motioned the waiter and pinakita ko yung moquito, he took the glass, no sorry, whatsoever and returned with a half filled glass of ice-tea so ganon dahil bawas na yung iced-tea bawas din ibabalik sa min, worst mas kumonti pa siya. I was so disappointed cause its not like we're trying to get a free drink.

Cyma ( Greenbelt) - was dining with a friend she asked for a glass of water and found a deep red lipstick mark on the glass, meaning they don't wash their glasses thoroughly or baka they failed to wash it at all and bulag ba sila not to even see it for themselves to begin with, like Cibo wala ding sorry and when the guy came back with a new glass of water mukhang straight from the faucet basang basa pati labas ng glass considering its not cold.

Before kasi meron silang free bread na ibinibigay, so when I asked for it sabi sa akin nung server dati daw yun, as in ipinagdiinan niyang dati yun, so sabi ko, thank you... So ayos na, then yung kabilang table aba kilala ng waiter binigyan ni free bread... Hay...

red kimono (atc) - there were 5 of us. we asked for tea, they gave us 3. we asked for water, they gave us 4. di ba sila marunong magbilang? if they are doubting that the 5 of us wanted the tea and water, they should have asked us how many do we want. kainis. their food's not even good. i should have just gone to terriyaki boy or tempura.

Grabe! Lubog na ang eyeballs ko sa gutom, wala pa rin ang food. 5-10 minutes won't bother me. Pero 30 minutes or so, my God. Madalas pa, kung sino yung mas nahuling dumating eh yun pa yung nauunang mabigyan ng food.

I can attest to that. Ganun din sa Alimall branch nila, malapit kana magka-ulcer bago pa nila i-deliver yung food mo kahit na kokonti naman ang customer nila.

sounds salbahe but i do that. lalo na if i specifically ask for something and parang sinadya pa talaga, or when the cashier is a total ass.  i don't eat mayo, so when i'm pms-ing and they still give me something with mayo,  i have everything cancelled.  better go elsewhere than let them redo it and risk having spit in my burger.

Xtremely Xpresso in Subic --- definitely a place to avoid. It's poorly managed, the staffs seem to not know what they are doing, the food are not not well prepared, etc etc.. We told the manager though how bad our experience was and hope they will improve.
