BAD SERVICE!!

reason: Bastos na mga crew

scenarios:
1. Nagpunta lang talaga kami dun ni thesis partner kasi kelangan namin ng place na pagagawaan tsaka for dinner na din. So i was the first one to order kasi babantayan nia pa un laptop. Actually 49ers lang naman [textspeak!] order ko pero binigay ko is 500 bucks. So ok naman kaso nagkulang un panukli nila ng 10 pesos.  So sabi nila isusunod na lang nila. Pati un order ko. matagal din bago dumating un order ko. [textspeak!] friend ko in just 5 minutes ayun andyan na un order niya sakin 10 mins. pa hinintay ko. So nun sinerve na food ko sabi ko dun sa crew na kulang pa sukli ko ng 10php. super nice ko pa nun sinabi ko un. Actually di ko pa tapos sasabihin ko sabi niya "sige, punta po ko sa counter." Then 5 minutes na wala pa din. Eh di sinabihan ko ulit si kuya in a nice way ulit. Sabi niya sakin "wait lang." Then 15 minutes had passed sinabihan ko uli siya (mejo mataray na) at un pa rin ang sinabi nia "wait lang." So after 5 minutes ibang crew na un sinabihan ko sakto dun siya sa kabilang table nag aayos tapos bigla siyang umepal at sinabi na "Miss kasi dapat ikaw un pumupunta sa counter eh." Ayun bigla uminit ulo ko sinagot ko tuloy siya ng "Ay bastos ka! Hindi kita kinakausap tapos sumisingit ka. nun ikaw sinasabihan ko puro wait lang sinasabi mo. Sana kanina mo pa sinabi yan diba?" Nakatikim talaga siya ng katarayan ko. Ayun kinuha na nun isang crew un number ko para lang mabigay un change ko. It's not about the change actually nainis lang ako dun sa crew talaga. Ang bastos.

2. Another one dun ulit months had passed after that pinuntahan ko un classmates ko kasi andun sila. Sabi ng classmate ko bibili daw siya so nagpasabay na ko ng halo-halo. Ayun so 10 minutes ulit bago dumating un halo-halo ko. Eh di naglolokohan na kami sabi ni thesis partner "Ayaw ata sayo ng chowking sm manila." Nagloloko din ako na "ubos na un heart ko bigyan nio ko ng candy." (Tulad ng game na burger rush) So ayun dumating na ang halo-halo tapos niloko ko un crew ibang crew na to.. sabi ko "ay dumating ka din kuya" tapos padabog niyang nilapag un halo halo at spoon. Aun inasar ko na lang ulit nang "may attitude problem ata mga crew ng chowking sm manila" Ayun di na siya nag react.

bad service sa chili's greenhills

ilang beses narin ako diyan nagdine, favorite ko kasi yung quesadilla explosion and fish and chips dito.

this could just be a one time incident, but here it goes. my first complaint was the parking. i came in just in time when a parking space was vacant, i was about to park my car when the valet told me na nakareserve na raw yung space kasi may party. so fine, inis ako kasi i am also a customer, pero may party nga so hanap nalang ako sa iba kasi ayaw ko magpavalet. next, some of our friends were already inside, literally after a few minutes when i sat, the waitress came to us para sabihin na at ____ time may party so we have to transfer daw. sakin lang, sana hindi nalang pinaupo dun yung friends namin to begin with para hindi na sana palipat lipat.  hassle. so sige, may party nga naman, so we transferred to another table, when we did, yung mga kubyertos hindi kasama, wala din plates na sumunod. hindi rin binigyan ng menu kaming bagong dating, and no one asked if we wanted water while waiting.  ok naman yung food pero sa dami ng staff dun, dapat alam nila stations nila ang pangit ng service next time ayaw ko na diyan.

had a lot of experiences when it comes to bad service...ive done my thing...but the point here is....madalas talaga ang dami sakanilang BASTOS! Ayaw mo na sanang patulan pero nakakapang init talaga ng ulo...kase they shouldn't have been a service crew kung may mga attitude problem sila...they should have stayed inside a office na lang na walang nakakakita saknila and walang nakaka interact na clients/customers kase mawawalan pa sila ng trabaho kung madalas may magreklamo dahil sa mga ugali nila!!!

Good:

Racks (Ortigas) - Waitresses/waiters are nice, accommodating and efficient. Generally short waiting time for the food. The only thing I don't like about eating there is parang ang dry ng rice nila lagi. Hehe.

Bad:

Pizza Hut (Megamall and Katipunan) - Hay grabe, sobrang tagaaaall hintayin ang bill. Plus if you ask the waiter for a glass of water, an extra fork, etc., e hindi na kami binabalikan! Tapos one time e we had our leftover pizza wrapped para mauwi, they made us wait for 15 minutes para dun and the bill. At makita-kita ko nlang na iniwan lang pala sa counter--apparently nakalimutan nila. It was there all this time! Take note, the place was only 1/3 full! Never, never again kakain sa Pizza Hut. Too many unpleasant encounters na ayoko nlang isulat pa, hahaba lang. Malas kami dito.

Pancake house (Festival Mall)
Good Service: Waiter is presentable, gets the order correctly, polite and attentive. They served the food on time and in good presentation.
Padis Point (Antipolo)
Good Service: We had breakfast there. Waiters are polite and attentive. Kahit breakfast pa lang they can serve any of the dish in their menu.
Pizza Hut Delivery
Good Service: Suki na ako ng pizza hut delivery. Hehe.. 20 mins or less if not free na ang pizza.
Pizza Hut (Edsa-Crossing)
Bad Service went Good: The waiter served the wrong pizza. After we complained, the manager gave us free slices of that pizza while waiting for our order to be served. Kahit naghintay ulit kami ng another 15 minutes hindi na kami sobrang gutom.
KFC (Megamall)
Bad Service: Their store does not smell clean. Parang amoy maasim. Nakakawalang gana kumain. 
Pelangi (Pioneer Center)
Bad Service:  We ordered Bulalo, Rice, Calamares and Softdrinks. Sofdrinks were served immediately, after 45 minutes Calamares was served. But we don’t have utensils. After another 15 minutes came the rice and utensils. Another almost 15 minutes before bulalo was served. We had our complete order around 9:20 pm (dinner time pa ba yun??) Never again in this resto.

Mr. Choi's Kitchen in Galleria... service is so slow...

my worst resturant service experience

jollibee somewhere in cavite. nag takeout lang ako after my interview in a company somewhere in the cavite techno park. my dad was outside waiting for me so naka-double park lang

i ordered pineapple juice for my dad along with my burger and drinks. they gave me the juice without a cover on. i asked for one since my dad is driving so need ng cover when he drinks the juice. wala daw silang cover and kukunin pa daw sa stock room. sige fine i can wait. but come on, 15 minutes had passed and hello no cover. tapos i saw the girl who was suppose to get it making harutan with someone in the kitchen. so i called on her and followed up. aba ang sagot sa akin with inis voice "sandali lang ho kukunin pa sa stockroom". so i said i've been waiting for more than 15 minutes now. she retorted back "di ba kayo makapaghintay!" i calmly replied "i want to talk to your manager." then she snapped back "eto na nga kukunin na (with matching rolling eyes)". fyi, the stockroom was just a few steps away from her

eh i skipped meals that day so super mainit ulo ko and she just made it worse! when she came back with the cover, after another 5 minutes if i may add, as she handed to me i intentionally tipped over the pineapple juice on the counter and told her in a loud voice " i dont like this juice anymore since it's all watery. and how dare you answer back to a customer like that." then turned my back and headed out for the door. the manager who saw the encounter ran after me and started apologizing profusely. i told him this is the first time i have received such a shabby treatment from a restaurant. he offered a replacement for the drinks but i declined.

bad service at Subway (in Valero St., Makati).. dun sa malapit sa 88 Corporate Center!

- yung girl na gumagawa ng sandwiches, di marunong sumunod sa instructions. She wouldn't ask ano yung include na veggies or what kind of bread.. basta lagay lang ng lagay kaya dapat bantayan mo and sabihin mo agad what you want.. Hmph! Ang sungit pa.. Tsk tsk! Sayang I wasn't able to get her name., although 2 lang naman sila dun (the other one was the cashier na sungit din!)

Buti pa sa Glorietta, mas nice yung staff & nagtatanong talaga anong mga gusto mo...

Grabe, sis hunny_ally, uminit din ulo ko after reading your post. I've been to countless Jollibees and buti nlang wala ako na-encounter na ganyan, kundi riot talaga...as in sigawan, turuan, and hagisan ng burgers and fries. I can tolerate it minsan pag may minor delays in service, pero huwag naman yung sasagot pa sya.

so so service at Subway MOA...we always eat there okay naman pero one time the guy forgot to put onion sauce on my sandwich. eh nasa movie house na kami so di ko na mababalik yun. bad trip!

great service at subway eastwood. super nice and accommodating nung gumagawa ng sandwich at dinamihan niya talaga yung olives because of my request. bait bait

Asian Twist Restaurant at N.S.Amoranto (Retiro) corner Speaker Perez.... resto with bad service

I am so disappointed with this restaurant.  When we got inside the resto, no server approached us.  The place is half empty, but it took the servers awhile to bring us the menu. 
While we were eating, a "langaw" suddenly dropped into our sauce.  We called the waiter to have it changed.  No apology, he even smiled, probably finding it funny.  We tried to let it pass because we don't wanna spoil our night.  But you can only imagine how dirty it's kitchen will be.
The food was just so-so.  Nothing special.  But the servings were small.  I consider it expensive for such small servings. 
After eating, we couldn't leave because apparently the guard allowed another car to double park behind us.  It took the guard 15mins to look for the owner of the car and no apologies were given.  When i spoke to the owner of the car he said that the guard allowed him to do so.  Bad trip.
Asian Twist offers one of the lousiest service whether inside or outside the restaurant.  Eat at your own risk.  I won't be going back to this resto.

pwede ba dito delivery service?

1) mcdo-isang beses tumawag ako para magpa deliver ng cheeseburger meal tapos sabi sa akin nung nakausap ko wala na daw silang pickles. how can you ran out of pickles diba?

2) jollibee-just last saturday nagpa deliver ako tapos after ilang minutes after ko mag place ng order tumawag sila ulit para lang sabihin sa akin na wala na daw softdrinks sa nearest branch ng bahay namin. again, how can you ran out of softdrinks? tapos i cancelled na lang the softdrinks, sabi ko hindi na lang meal. nagka problem pa din kasi hindi ko na meet yung minimum of 200 so sabi ko peach mango pie na lang. wala na din daw. hay nainis na lang ako kaya i cancelled the whole order na lang.

burgoo (gateway) - bagal ng service, dami nila dun and yet wala silang diskarte how to handle customers. lahat mga katayo lang at parang mga inaantok. grrrrrrh!

My Thai Kitchen at Eastwood Mall - we ate here last Father's Day and the service was terrible (to think we were relatively early for lunch) and the food was not good at all

^yeah.... and it happens everytime... i'd use my delivery voucher to pay and get in return they give me a new delivery voucher....
